    Sliding the door open the corridor seemed unfamiliar as you forgot the way Childe showed you. Wandering around the corridors of the house you seemed to only be walking in circle as everything looked  the same, door after door after door. Giving up you decided that maybe it was time to start opening doors hopefully finding something representing the kitchen or dining room. Sliding open doors there was just bedroom after bedroom occasionally stepping into an office or private library. Giving up hope on finding where Childe was you decided to open few more doors until you broke down in the middle of the hallway to call for some assistance in Childes maze of a house. Opening a door with less hope you saw the ginger locks sitting on a couch facing a window with his head in a book. Walking in you slouch in the back of the couch, your shoulder touching Childes.
          "Oh god I got lost" facing your head to Childe he laughed placing a book mark in the middle of the page he was reading.
           "Well now you've found me, you wanna leave the house?" Childe placed down the book on a table nearby staring at you with a smile plastered on his face waiting for an answer as you pondered.
           "Sure!" Smiling back he got up from the couch too get to the door.
             "OO! Let me go make some lunches!" Leaving quickly, you walked around the couch to sit down and wait for Childe too come back and get you as he knew you would somehow be lost in seconds.
         Sitting and waiting the sound of foot steps could be heard coming down the hall near the door peeking your interest. Getting up quickly you reached for the handle to push it open peeking  if Childe was there. Standing in front of you Childe was holding a stuffed bag in his right and his left extended to open the door before you did.
         "Okay lets go now!!!" Smiling at him he nodded in agreement showing you the way too the front door out of the house. Stepping into the  streets it seemed more crowded then it was at your part of the city as Childe lived in a crowded district. Walking with Childe people pushed past both of you ramming into you shoulders with no mercy. Letting out a pained noise Childe turned his head towards your direction intertwining his fingers with yours and pulling you over closer to the building, him being on the right of you protecting you from people ramming into you
        "Are you okay y/n?" Looking at you from his side view he gave a slight frown. Nodding you grabbing your shoulder too sooth the pain but you both left the city before you could hold on long enough. Running without warning Childe pulled you along multiple path still with your hands intertwined  sprinting while holding on for dear life.
       "Childe-" between feet hitting the ground you spoke "where" "are" "we" "going" asking the question Childe Pulled you into a dark forest smiling with joy. Quickly stopping, you abruptly stopped to be near him still waiting for his answer to your question. Letting go of your hand he grabbed a blanket from his bag and placed it on the cold grass under a tree sitting down cross legged patting a spot near him too sit down.
          "Cmere!" Sitting down near him, hed pulled out two boxes of warm food and a few bottles of warm tea placing them in the blanket you where both on. Looking at Childe and the food he motioned towards the food giving you a fork
            "We'll eat up hun!" Grabbing a box you immediately opened it being greedy with the food as you shoved multiple foods in your mouth as Childe laughed at your actions.
          "What's so funny ginger?" Laughing again he picked up a box opening It slowly.
         "Oh nothing it's just cute seeing you shove food in your mouth. I could always cook for you again!" Looking away with slight blush on your face you quickly chewed your food stunned from Childes "friendly" compliment. Finishing the box of food Childe packed you held your stomach with pure joy from the delicious food he prepared before you left.
          "I'm so full" Childe leaned against the tree trunk inches away from you both satisfied with your lunches. Inching close to him you leaned against the tree trunk as well in contention from your morning and noon with Childe as you both sat in comfortable silence under the tree. Staring at a river Childe placed his head on your shoulder staring at the same river slowly dozing off in seconds. Panicking from his action you try pushing him off but the sight of his peaceful sleeping kept you from continuing.
