"Liam is under my control now, sweetheart," Ace sneers, tightening his grip.
Amella's eyes blaze with defiance as she confronts him, "Why do you hate him?! Leave him alone!" His hold on her neck loosens slightly.
Gripping her hair tightly, Ace looks...

"Dad"
I clicked the answer button and put it in the speaker, "Hey dad"
"Hey princess," he said and I know he was smiling.
"How was your school? did you eat anything? Did some boy try to flirt wit-" he was cut off by my dear brother.
"Did someone do anything to my baby? whom do I need to kill?" Igor's voice came. I chuckled.
"Why, hello to you too my brother. No, nobody tried to hurt me and no, you need not kill anyone." Igor chuckled.
Dad snatched the phone from him because his voice was the next, "So?"
I smiled, "School was good. Yes, I ate pasta and no nobody tried to flirt-"
This time my phone was snatched away, "No one can flirt with her" Liam said with anger in his voice.
Dad sigh in relief, "At least at this thing, I can rely on you, Liam. You better keep my princess safe or I will cut your balls off"
I choked on air.
"Dad!!!" I shouted but seems like Liam has other plans, he smirked and switched off the speaker he whispers something to dad and laughed loudly.
He cut the call and walked towards me.
"What did you say to him?" He just winks.
"Get in the car"
We made our way towards our apartment. Yes, our apartment. Dad didn't want us to live on campus so we bought an apartment.
We are rich so it was no problem. Plus it is near our college.
After arriving at the apartment, Liam parks the car and we make our way inside the apartment. Our apartment was large and luxurious. Our White marbles and white chandeliers were perfectly matching with the Italian sofa and Pakistani Carpet.
The apartment has four bedrooms with five bathrooms and three balconies and a huge kitchen.
It was a little too big for us but I Love it. The whole apartment was designed by the best designer in the city.
"So, are we going to the party?" I asked with puppy eyes.
Liam switched off the Television and turned towards me.
"I wanted to talk to you about something, remember?" Liam said and I remembered the scene that happened in the hall.
"Uh, yeah?" He leaned towards me and said, "I was asking to go to that party only"
My eyes widened, "Really?!?!?!?!"
He nodded and I jumped in joy. "Yayyyyy!!!, let me call Emily"
I dialled Emily's number and she picked after a few seconds.
"Hey Amelia"
"Let's party!!!" I yelled and she laughed.
Past
The drops of rain were making me wet, I feel cold but that doesn't matter. Many emotions were running through my mind, I am angry, sad, worried. Many questions were unanswered, How can they do that?
Suddenly, a gush of wind came and I shiver. I started shivering so I covered my little hands around my body.
And then, the rain stopped. I frown. Huh? I looked up and saw a little girl, around my age, standing there. She was around four while I am five.
She frowns and squats in front of me while I was sitting on the bench. I finally get a look at her. She is beautiful and cute. She was wearing expensive clothes. She has long brown hair with chubby cheeks and white skin and sparkling eyes. Her eyes were beautiful, they were very unique. Beautiful.
"Wow!" She chuckled and I realised that I said that loud. I feel the heat on my cheeks. She smiled at me.
"Why are you getting wet here?" She asked in her sweet voice. Her voice is so sweet just like candy.
"I-" "Am!?" before I could say anything a voice came from behind.
I turned and saw a boy around my age, he came towards us and looked at me in disguise.
"Am, don't talk to baggers, okay?" He pointed at me and I become angry. The girl looked at me then at her friend.
"He is not a bagger!" She smiled at him. He huffed and dragged her by her hands.
The girl smiled at me and shouted, "My name is Amelia!"
And just like that, she was gone.
