I woke up in someone else's room. I was glad God hadn't taken me to heaven (or wherever) with him, but my head was all sorts of hurting. The damp cloth on my forehead eased a bit of it, but it was still an unpleasant throbbing. I tried to take a look around the room I was in, and get a feel for the surroundings. Whoever's room this was, they had put me in their bed and slept somewhere else. I slightly turned my head to the left to look at a shelf full of miniature Monokuma dolls. This startled me, and I jolted to the side, this causing more pain in my head. I sucked in my urge to scream or cry in pain, and focused on something else. The room was pretty bland—as was mine—with basic things like a desk, chair, garbage can, the like. I squinted to try and find anyone else in the room, but it was so dark that I couldn't make much out. Finally, I sighed loudly, and closed my eyes again. I fell back asleep soon after that.

"Rise and Shine, Ursine!" The Monokubs did their usual ramble, and I was forced to wake back up. My head was still rather distressed, but nonetheless I got up. The first thing I saw was Kokichi in the corner of the room, sharpening a knife.

"So..." he grinned menacingly. "That must've been rough! Neeheehee, God abandoned you and so did Shuichi!"

"What the hell are you talking about?" I asked, not really in the mood for his bullshit.

"Uh, duh? After God made you faint, Shuichi basically pushed you onto me and fled! That's why you're in my room right now and not his. Neeheehee, he knew I was out for your blood, but he —" the door to the room suddenly opened, and Shuichi entered, carrying two plates of food. As soon as he saw Kokichi with the knife, he aggressively placed the plates on the bed and charged at him.

"What the hell are you doing with that?" He screamed. "How did you get in here in the first place? Did you pick my lock?"

"Oops, I've been caught. Catch ya later sweetie!" With that, he booked it out of the room, leaving me with Shuichi.

"So, this is your room?" I asked. "Thanks, then. I think."

"What did he tell you?" Shuichi questioned, handing me one of the dishes. It had an omelette, made with obvious care, and also bacon.

"He said that this is his room, and you basically asked him to take me here...something about wanting me dead...I wasn't listening too much." He sighed audibly.

"Yeah, don't listen to him. He's a liar." He began eating his own omelette. "Besides, I kinda owe you one for yesterday. Sorry about suspecting you back there. Today is my day to cook, but other than that everything we do is up to you. Unless you want it to be a different day, then that's cool too. Or the rest of my life. Whatever. I'm okay with dedicating my life to you." He progressively got more and more nervous as he rambled on. I wasn't really upset, maybe a little disappointed, but he was just doing his job. Who would get angry at someone for fighting for the truth? However, since he was offering, I wasn't about to refuse.

"Did you already investigate the new areas and use the new flashback light?" I asked, assuming it happened after every trial.

"We've unlocked new areas, but we haven't used the flashback light yet. Or, rather, we haven't found it."

"Found it?" I inquired. He nodded.

"Apparently the flashback lights are supposed to be found, and not handed to us. Monokuma only did that because he forgot to hide those two. The rest are up to us to find." He lifted his hat to look me in the eyes. "As for the new areas, I have good news. Your lab's been discovered." He smiled. "It's pretty cool, I hope you'll let me in from time to time."
