"Well, since I'm the most suspicious, may I give the first point of evidence?" Kokichi asked. No objections. "Great! So I think it was Himiko."
"Nyeh? Wh...why do you say that?"
"Because~ your uniform was found at the crime scene!" It was true. Himiko's red, yellow, and black uniform had been spotted and splattered in blood, then tossed in the bushes like a lazy disposal method. "I think that's suspicious! Anyone else?"
"Degenerate! As if cute Himiko could have killed someone! She didn't even have a motive!" Tenko shouted in defense of her love. "Got it? If you accuse Himiko again I'll wipe the floor with you!"
"Himiko was with us the whole time," Tsumugi accounted. "In fact, none of the girls left the A/V room all night. We all have solid alibis."
"Well, that might be true, but that wasn't the only evidence that circled back to Himiko," Shuichi stated. "I'd like to discuss the possibility, at least." He had a point, so we continued.
"What's the other evidence, degenerate?" Tenko asked harshly.
"The murder weapon. It's one of the swords from Himiko's lab."
"A...anyone could've taken that sword! My lab is accessible to everyone!" Himiko muttered.
"That is true, but who else would have used a sword?" Kokichi asked. "Suspicious."
"A-anyone!" The mage refuted. "I mean...Kokichi could have! He grabbed the sword from my lab since it was a close place to get one, and stabbed Kaito before Keebo and Shuichi got suspicious that he was gone!"
"False~! I'm a quick little man. I could've gotten a good weapon from Maki's lab in time to cover up a crime if I wanted!" He huffed out his chest as if that was a rebuttal. "So if the speed is an issue, then the most suspicious is Keeboy since he doesn't have legs!"
"I am incapable of committing an act of murder in my current state!"
"That's what you want us to think! Miu, did you turn my dearest Keeboy into a vengeful killing machine?"
"Fuck no!"
"Prove it! Show us his hard drive!"
"Huh?!"
"Let's ignore them," Maki suggested. "The only one who might prove useful is Keebo, and he's currently...occupied," she glanced over to where the mechanic was aggressively going through poor Keebo's memories, his mute button being his downfall. "For right now, let's think of something else. Shuichi, what other evidence did you find?"
"Well, I didn't want to say anything, because it seemed like very obvious framework, but there was a needle and thread in Kaito's room." Tsumugi gasped. "It's definitely evidence, though it seems like Tsumugi wouldn't leave it there—she would've been more thorough."
"Are you sure? She seems kind of like a dunce to me," Maki responded bluntly.
"H-hey! I watch enough mystery animes to know how to dispose of evidence properly! Have you heard of this one called D—"
"I agree with that. I don't think Tsumugi would have any problem destroying evidence, she seems smarter than she lets on," Shuichi said.
"Y-yeah! Wait, how plain dumb do you all see me?"
"Really dumb!" Kokichi answered. "Almost as dumb as that wannabe witch or the pile of metal!"
"Hey!" The insulted girls said. Keebo tried to speak up as well, but Miu was still working.
