Me and Link walk up the hill towards the building at the top. The whole time we are chatting about random things that we come up with

Link: "so you your world has technology like the sheikah slate but can't use the magic parts?"

"Well it's a similar shape, both have a screen and a map, my world has a way for games, communication, pictures and videos.. some apps are made by certain companies to be able to purchase their products"
I list to him as he listens, hanging onto every word I say

Link: "what is an app? Like an add on to the technology?"

"I guess they're like your runes but less.. summoning bombs and stopping time and more just sending a message to someone or playing a game.. if you come to my world at some point I'll show you"

Link: "cool..  hope we could visit soon, your world is kinda interesting"

"I wouldn't go that far to say but maybe it would be if you were there"

Yeah chatting with a hylian about random stuff in my world is enough to distract myself from the dread of having to come face to face with this 'crazy scientist'

We walk up to the door and look at each other for a second before Link just walks in.. without knocking

A little girl is seen sitting at a table in the middle o the room while an older man stands at a book shelf at the back looking through notes and other pieces of research

The girl notices us and waves us over

Girl: "hey hey, who are you two?"

Link: "I'm Link and this is (y/n).. we are looking for the head scientist. Are your parents here?"

The girl shakes her head to Link. He then walks over to the man in the back and asks him

Link: "hello.. you are the head scientist, right?"

Man: "no that would be her"
He answers pointing towards..

Girl: "check it"

The girl is a scientist? At that age?"

Link: "wha-? You mean the child is a scientist?"

"Talk about starting young"
I say getting ignored as the man didn't care, and the girl was more focused on Link

Girl: "don't tell me you've forgotten me Linky"

"Linky?"

Girl: "and (N/N)"
(Nickname)

Link: "(N/N)? I prefer kitty, it seems to annoy you"
He says with a cheeky grin

Purah: "I was the one who had the idea to place Linky into the shrine of resurrection"

Link: "how were you around back then to do that? You look too young for that"

"Dark magic, cloning.. secrets only the sith knew.."
I joke to myself quietly yet Link seemed to hear since he turned to me

Purah: "had an experiment that went a little wrong.. so now I'm a child again, check it!"

She seems lively

Link: "besides.. we have been asked by Impa to give you a look at this sheikah slate.. it doesn't seem to have everything or something like that"

He hands Purah the slate. Before purah hands it back she takes a look at it

Purah: "you seem to be missing some important parts. I could fix it for you..."

"Wait for it.."
