Things You Can't Do Alone

After Raven had closed the portal she immediately went over to grab a relic. It was an intricate white lamp

Raven: Qrow grab a relic so we can leave this place

Qrow had done as told and gotten a relic. He had picked up the white crown.

Summer: 'Does he always just follow her commands without saying anything?'

After he had gotten the relic, we all started to run towards to the nearest exit.

Tai had started to speak in a hurried voice

Tai: Summer, can't you just use your semblance to carry us all to the end instantly?

Continuing to run I responded

Summer: I can't carry multiple people using my semblance meaning two of us would have to be left behind, so unless Raven can teleport Qrow and herself to the exit that isn't an option. But seeing as she hasn't already done so or suggested it, I'm under the assumption that she's unable to do it either due to range or stamina limitations

Raven: 'She's only experienced my semblance once and yet she's already caught on to it's weaknesses, clever girl'

Summer: Raven, where exactly did you send that Griffon?

Raven: I sent it back a decent bit meaning it should buy us enough time t-

The Griffon had caught back up and let out another piercing screech

Tai: SO MUCH FOR BUYING US TIME, WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO IT'S GAINING ON US

Just then someone had suddenly appeared out of the bushes

Sil: So this is where all the action is going on

Summer/Tai/Qrow: SIL?/ SILENIUS?/ YOU?

Sil: Oh it's you daddy issues girl, what was your name?

Raven: RUN NOW SPEAK LATER

Sil: Oh yeah the griffon. I'll deal with it

Summer: SIL WAIT!

Sil began to run towards the Griffon.

Emerald Forest

1st Person POV (Sil)

Sil: 'Those Beowolfs were a nice warm up, now I'm ready to take this thing out' Don't worry Summer I got this

Summer: NO YOU DON'T UNDERSTA-

Raven: JUST LEAVE HIM. IF HE WANTS TO FIGHT THAT THING THEN BY ALL MEANS LET HIM. IT'LL BUY US TIME TO RUN ANYWAY

Summer: Are you suggesting we just leave him?

Qrow: Raven's right. He chose to fight it after you warned him. Whatever happens next is on him

Tai: I don't want to either but-

Summer: no

Raven: What did you say?

Summer had stopped running and because of this so did Tai and Qrow and eventually Raven

Summer: I said NO. If you all wanna leave him then I can't stop you but I'm not going to abandon a comrade. That isn't what a huntress would do. If you all can't see that then you shouldn't be trying to become huntsman

Qrow: SUMMER WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?

Summer: I'm going back

And with that she started to run towards the griffon as well

Sil: 'I should try to disable it's flight first'

Once the Griffon had started to charge towards me I jumped onto a tree, meanwhile using the momentum to push myself at an angle towards the Griffon in order to slash it's right wing. Let's just say it didn't go exactly according to plan. While I had succeeded in slashing it a bit, once I was in range the Griffon counterattacked and slashed me with one of it talons which ruined my flight and forced me to the ground.
