Wanda, Natasha, and Pepper walked with Selene back to her bedroom. "I need a shower. And Volchitsa needs a bath."

"Do you always refer to you and your forms as different beings?" Pepper laughed a bit.

Selene shrugged, "It's easier that way. Instead of saying 'my wolf form is in need of a bath', I say 'Volchitsa needs a bath'. Might just be me though."

"Whatever you say, kid." Natasha patted my shoulder and flopped on my bed.

"I'm gonna take a shower. Feel free to hang out or whatever until I'm done." With that, Selene grabbed a towel and entered her bathroom.

Wanda called out to me telepathically, and met me outside Selene's bedroom.

"Why is Selene ignoring me?"

"She told you she felt happy when she sees you, right?"

"Yeah, but when I asked her if she felt anything else, she said no. I could tell she was lying."

"Would you want to be told the sight of you makes someone's chest hurt and they worry about everything they do or don't do? Would you want to hear that the sight of you makes someone's stomach do flips and makes them want to throw up?" Wanda crossed her arms.

(Um, ew?) "No, but what does that have to do with anything?"

"When she lied to you, those were the other things she felt."

"What?"

"She's so in love with you, that it hurts her. But she doesn't know what she's feeling, or why."

I was frozen, "Selene loves me?"

"It's a good thing you're pretty." Wanda patted my cheek, before going back into Selene's bedroom.

"My brother's an idiot." I walked over to the bed and flopped.

"Did you tell him why Selene's mad?" Natasha laid cross-legged on her back, and tilted her head back to look at me.

"Yes." I sighed.

"What'd he do?" Pepper sat down next to me.

"Looked at the ground and said 'Selene loves me?' I'll bet he's still standing there, frozen like an idiot." I looked to the door, then to Natasha. "How doesn't that hurt your neck?"

"I'm a spy and a woman. I have to make the uncomfortable comfortable."

"Words to live by, right there." Pepper clapped which made us all laugh.
