Magnus stood in front of her and Alec behind him looking at his mother. she hugged Magnus and said "thank you for taking care of my boy, I mean your boy...he is yours now"
Everyone laughed including Izzy.
"mom don't!! iam still your boy. and don't say words like that to him. He will be more of a pain in my ass, you should warn him a little" Alec said, smiling a little bit with blush.
"Alec! Have you forgotten how to talk properly!" she scolded.
He looked down quickly and cursed himself inside for saying those words in front of his mother.
"Now you can't shout at Alec like that, you said to yourself mom, he is my boy" Magnus said wrapping his arm around Alec's waist.
"What!!" he asked looking at Alec who was staring at him. "I think I should call her mom" he said and placed a kiss on Alec's cheek.
Maryse felt happy looking at them, she didn't want anything more than this. "please be like this" she asked. Magnus and Alec looked at her.
"When things go wrong, I want you to stand beside Alec like this. I want you to choose Alec happiness first. He doesn't think about himself much, he always thinks about the people around him" she said and lifted her hand in the air and asked "promise me, promise me you will never change. no matter what situation it is, you always follow what your heart says and you choose Alec"
"Mom! what are you talking about...he already promised me and we love each other, we are gonna take care of each other. don't make him uncomfortable" Alec said.
"Alec!! Please keep quiet…. Magnus, I want you to follow your heart in critical situations and make decisions thinking twice about Alec and your happiness. That's all I want" she said.
Magnus put his hand on her and assured "I don't know why you are saying this but mom, I promise I will always think about Alec and my happiness first. And we are gonna take good care of each other and you guys also" then hugged her.
"Thank you" she said hugging him back.
Alec smiled and hugged them. "No hugs allowed without Isabelle" Izzy said and quickly hugged them.
"and Mom, I hate you" Izzy said.
"what! why honey" Maryse asked.
"you never said something like this to Simon, I mean you never asked for a promise like this" she asked.
"because mom knows he is gonna suffer for the rest of his life by being with you. So why promise. my poor friend, he fell in love with my psycho sister" Alec laughed.
"Iam gonna kill you Alec" Izzy mumbled.
"Alec! That's too harsh, you can't say something like this to your sister. you can say poor Simon have to deal with your torture sister"Maryse said.
"mom! you also" Izzy pouted.
"Iam just kidding Izzy! you know you are my Princess and iam so lucky to have you and Simon also. you are our queen" Alec said and hugged her. Maryse adjusted Izzy's hair slightly looking at their children, smiling widely.
"you can't do this, he is just a kid. It's time for him to enjoy, have fun. you can't try to train him like he is some soldier" Mary said.
Asmodeus looked at his wife and stood up "keep your voice down okay, if they listen they will think in the wrong way. Iam doing everything for my son and his future"
"for our son!! you are doing this for your own good, you want a person to rule after you and you also want that person to follow your words without complaint" she said.
"Is that what you think! Let me say once again clearly, Iam doing all this for our son who doesn't care about wealth and extra. I want Magnus to live a happy life without worrying about anything" he said.
"So you are making Alec work hard so our son can chill and enjoy. live a happy life" she asked.
"don't try to make me feel like Iam selfish. you don't have idea what your friend doing against us, you don't know what Alec can capable of" he said and frustrated "and those stupid brothers…."
"brothers!! You mean Alec and Jace. They are just kids. Why are you thinking negatively! What they do to you or our son. We have known Maryse for years, they are our family. You should trust your own family a little bit and Alec is a good guy" she said putting her hand on his shoulder.
He quickly removed her hand and said "I know Alec is a good guy, that's why I chose Alec for Magnus. Have you ever wondered why I chose Alec instead of Izzy for Magnus. because of brothers and their bond is incapable, and and...…" he chuckled.
"you don't have any clue….and you don't have to know about everything, okay. I just want Magnus to have control on Alec" he said.
"w-what!!" she asked looking confused.
"yes, I know Alec, he does what people say. And I want Alec to follow Magnus' orders...tell your son to treat Alec better and control him. tell him on your way and don't mention any details. I want Magnus to have all control on Alec" he said.
"Iam not gonna do that. As much as I love our son, I love Alec and his siblings also. I practically raised them when you and Maryse were busy with work. And I know it's all in your head, they are innocent children. I want Alec and Magnus to live equally" she said and started to walk.
"and that's not gonna happen, Alec is going to follow every rule, he's gonna obey Magnus' words. My son is always above all of them and he is going to have everything including Alec and h….."he didn't complete his word because she walked away, not listening to bullshit.
