she opened the door and called him "Alec! are you ready? they are waiting for you".

He looked back, holding his phone in hand "two minutes mom, i will come".

she nodded her head and smiled, then turned around and left the room.

He put his phone near ear again "I have to go" he said.

"don't be nervous. all the best, remember I will always be by your side. I love you" he heard his boyfriend saying those cute words.

"I know that, and I hate you Devil, because iam missing you so much" he said.

"Me too, I will come to meet you after the Sydney visit…this time I will make a plan to stay at least a week" Magnus said.

"we will see that, okay bye, take care of yourself for me, Devil" he said.

"you too, my angel…. bye" his boyfriend said and he moved his phone from ear to infront of him and pressed the red symbol.

He took a deep breath calming his rising heart and confidently opened the door. Everyone was looking at him, it was a big meeting hall. Maryse, Jace and Izzy sat on one side talking with other people. Luke, Clary, Simon stood behind them listening. opposite to them some other persons sat, straight at head of the table seat sat Asmodeus talking to the persons who sat opposite to Alec's family.

Alec stepped in and took seat in front of Asmodeus. Maryse stood and came near Alec and sat. Luke, Clary, Simon took their seats.

one person stood up and gave documents to Alec "the responsibility of legal advisors and representatives of Herondale properties, we divided the shares of all properties as Mister Jace Herondale told us. And he and Miss Isabelle Lightwood already signed, claiming their shares and also signed the documents giving you the whole and sole rights on companies and industries and their shares. Please read those documents and sign it Mister Alec Lightwood, then we will start the process of registering the documents".

Alec looked at the documents, then his family, Izzy and Jace looked at each other and smiled looking at Alec. Simon and Clary also smiling, it was pure bliss, they all love and trust Alec more than themselves. They know Alec does the right thing and thinks about themselves before him.

Alec picked the pen, read everything carefully before signing it. The first document says the percentage of property how much for each other and the second one gives him all responsibility of Izzy and Jace shares, companies and other assets, which he has to take care of.

He signed those documents and gave to them.
They took leave saying bye to Jace, Alec and others.

"finally, now i can concentrate on my acting….i want to celebrate today, let's party" Jace said while typing something on his phone and looked up. And realised there is still procedure pending.

"Alec, these are our legal advisors and representatives. They have been working for LB industries and companies for years" Maryse introduced.

"It's good to meet you officially Mr Lightwood" one person said.

Alec smiled a little bit, nodding his head.

"your father late Robert Lightwood and Mr Asmodeus Bane never separated the assets or shares or anything they have. however as everyone knows, after your father's death there is some drastic drawback which was handled by Asmodeus and he claimed fifty one percent in entire properties and everything. and Lightwood claimed forty nine percent that time. Now your mother decided to give your amount of percent to each person. And everyone in the family agreed to make you sign authority and incharge, the decision maker. This is a general power attorney document that means you are in charge and can do, make any decision, take responsibility for companies, industries including theirs. But Mr Bane is co-owner of the entire property, your signature isn't valid without his signature. we mentioned that point also in documents, please read carefully and sign" one of the Lawyer said.

Alec looked straight at Asmodeus, he remembers Asmodeus telling him that he is the next person who will take the seat and responsibility of Asmodeus' share also, but this was before Alec went against Asmodeus' will.

After Izzy, Jace, Alec signed the papers lawyers left.

"Alec!!" Luke called. Alec looked at him.

"are you ready!, business magazine and website persons are waiting to talk to you" he said.

"I told you I don't want to" Alec said.

"Alec, we can't avoid them, sooner or later you have to face" Maryse said.

Alec nodded his head and stood up and went to sit beside Jace.

"Mr.Lightwood, we heard that your brother made you the power of attorney of all his companies. So are you going to split with Mr Bane and start on your own journey" one reporter asked.

Asmodeus felt something stuck on his throat, the thought made his mind spin a little bit.

"I have taken responsibility because my brother can focus on his acting. And iam not planning merge both LB and Herondale companies. And iam not certainly going to split with Bane's" he gave statement.

"Mr Herondale, do you think Mr Lightwood can make the right decision for your companies? Because now he is like stepping in two boats. one side LB industries and other side Herondale companies" one journalist asked.

"you are talking about my brother. He definitely made the right choice, i don't have to say what to do  because he knew everything better than me" Jace said.

"MrLightwood, do you think you can handle this big responsibility, at this young age" other person asked.

"ofcourse i can, and i have my family support… my brother, sister, their partners, mom, They will all help me whenever i needed, we sort things out together. And i want to mention Mr Bane, my mentor, he helps me a lot to understand things, i started to learn work from him, he will be always there for me to guide" he said.

Asmodeus politely smiled and nodded head.

"Alec Lightwood!! We heard your wedding was called off with Magnus Bane because between you and Asmodeus Bane things are not good… and you and Magnus Bane broke up. Is that why he is not here" they asked.

"Magnus and I still love each other. We called off our wedding because we want to focus on our careers. And our parents support it. Magnus is my boyfriend" he said.

They went on and on asking questions to Alec and Jace, Asmodeus, Maryse, Izzy and others.
