"how are you feeling these days" Lucas asked. "good infact great until now" Alec said bitterly.
"we talked about your past. Today we will discuss your present. tell me about your love." he asked.
Alec looked confused and said "excuse me!".
"you heard right Alec, tell me about your relationship with Magnus. what do you feel about him" he asked.
"Magnus is my life and he is a great guy. I love him more than anything in this world and he also loves me the same. iam doing all this because I want to be a better person for him" Alec said casually.
"you are having bad dreams like he is hurting you so badly. Is it because he kissed you forcefully for the first time and made you his boyfriend" he asked gaining Alec interest more.
"Stop there! what the fu…." Alec closed his eyes and controlled himself "I don't know what Magnus told you but he didn't force me to do anything. I love him okay...and there is no reason for that".
"then! Are you willing to share the reason for this!. your father and brother died when you were a child. everytime you keep blaming yourself for what happened to them. but you suddenly feel Magnus gonna do horrible things to you like leaving you. Don't you trust your boyfriend" he asked looking straight at Alec.
Alec was lost in deep thoughts and tears filled his eyes "how do you want me to explain!! I feel like... like someone chained my legs to a heavy ball and pushed me in the sea. I I...I can't swim, iam going down and down until only darkness remains surround me...and iam dragging Magnus with me. Iam taking Magnus all happiness. and I don't want to do that".
"Has he said anything like he is not happy with you" Lucas asked.
"nooo" Alec denied.
"why do you think you are dragging Magnus with you!!" he asked.
"because that's what I do...I take people's happiness quickly. He is gonna suffer for the rest of his life for me. Have you seen him before. he was party lover, sex addict and he was in good position in his work, he has a goal and….he was happy" Alec whispered, his voice is so low and tears never stopped.
"First thing Alec, you have to stop doing this for Magnus, you have to do it for yourself unless this whole therapy is gonna completely waste" and continued "the coin always has two sides, you have to start to see otherside. you have to think like you are not the one dragging Magnus. He is helping you unchain you from your past…. If he is not happy let him say that, don't assume...and Sometimes you have to give yourself one chance and control your own thoughts".
"That's not easy...you don't…" Alec's words cutoff when Lucas started to say "yes it's not easy. but you have to try. you have to give yourself a chance. you have to forgive yourself for what happened years back. you have to stop worrying about what's gonna happen in the future".
After that they argued and discussed for almost fifty minutes. "That's all for today Alec, your one and half hour completed. I will see you on Wednesday. do meditation everyday and give rest yourself from thoughts, " Lucas said.
"Whatever" Alec mumbled and stood up, left the room. As he entered the main corridor he saw Magnus sitting in the chair and flipping book pages.
"how did it go?" Magnus asked as soon as he saw Alec and stood up.
Alec gave Magnus space and gestured "go! do whatever you want, because I don't care, I hate you".
The ride was so silent. Both of them didn't utter a word.
"well, iam sorry Alexander! for thinking it's gonna help you" Magnus shouted annoyingly, removing his coat.
"helping me!! when do you start considering my words" Alec shouted following Magnus to his room.
Magnus chuckled angrily "like I wasn't listening to you. All iam doing listening you, what you want".
"ohh then don't do anything for me. I didn't ask" Alec shouted pushing Magnus by shoulder.
Magnus stumbled a little bit back and looked seriously "you want to fight with me...haaa" he pushed Alec back and walked towards the bathroom.
"all I want is you sit beside me while whatever iam doing the damn nonsense thing there. I did it for years, Magnus!! I listened to all that crap for years from every doctor. I thought this was gonna change, maybe different but you idiot betrayed me" he said.
"why do you care, because you already believed iam not happy. what you called party lover, sex addict, what is the other thing you called!!" Magnus chuckled.
"how do you know…!" Alec was surprised a little bit.
"If I let you go through that alone, it doesn't mean I didn't take precautions before" Magnus said and turned to leave but Alec quickly wrapped his arms and hugged him from behind.
"please understand I don't want to do it alone" he asked.
"then you also understand this Alec! Iam happy with you. Don't think stupidly" Magnus said.
"Iam sorry, iam sorry...iam so stupid" Alec mumbled.
"yes you are" Magnus said and placed a kiss on Alec's lip.
"don't say yes... because iam already so mad at you. Don't go against my will. don't make me do what I feel uncomfortable" Alec said.
Magnus nodded and kissed again. The kiss got pretty aggressive, both of them started to explore each other's mouth.
"i.still.hate.you" Alec mumbled between kisses.
"Hmhm" Magnus mumbled.
