"what do you mean by why?! don't you have work other than keep coming to my cabin and blabbering about everything" Asmodeus asked.

Alec closed his eyes and asked "why you denied signing these documents".

Asmodeus looked up at Alec, taking a deep breath and putting pen aside "Alec! you know that we are not running a charity here. Giving fifteen acres of Land, like that, like doesn't matter. I planned to build villas there, do you know how much profit it gives us, millions of dollars…you want to give that land just like that, is that what you learned in business!!".

"stop! pointing at me. Iam asking you to sign this. This is Magnus's dream, his friend's dream. They have tried and worked hard to get permits from the government and approvals. They moved to this city for this, they have been working on this for three months, even Magnus is not here. At Least we can help them, they are struggling to get Land for the hospital. For god sake Think about Magnus and his dream" he said loudly.

"I know this is Magnus' dream, he wants to help people, build hospital with his friends, and do service at low cost…. great, let him do it. But don't merge my business assets and money into that. If he wants that, then he will sort things. leave it and focus on work, at least one of you act like a responsible person. And your siblings trusted you to make the right decision and you have responsibility of them also" Asmodeus said.

"my siblings okay with whatever i do, Magnus never says a word against what I do…. remains you!, so it's better you agree" he said.

Asmodeus crossed his arms around chest and looked at Alec then papers, he took a long breath and pressed the bell button. And Asmodeus PA opened the door.

"take these documents and change name from friends hospital to Magnus Bane" Asmodeus said and she nodded and took the documents, left.

"atleast i will get the satisfaction that Land is on Magnus name" Asmodeus mumbled.

Alec chuckled a little bit and shook his head, thinking about how Asmodeus always thinks selfish even when it comes to his own son.

"come on guys, please! now you guys don't start, just take it" Alec said.

"how can we take that Alec, we all agreed we do it together and the Land is on Magnus name. We registered our hospital name including partnership deed, just because in case we get problems in future. Now the Land is on Magnus' name" Cat asked.

"so what!! do you think he will betray you guys in the future" Alec asked looking suspiciously at them.

"ofcourse not!!" Rag and Milton simultaneously said.

"we trust Magnus so much, that's why we are here. we don't trust his father, he does anything,....he even left you peacefully, we still remember that" Rag said.

"that is past, now he is okay with me, don't compare my situation with this…. please guys, don't deny it. I want to help you, I promised Magnus I will help you guys whenever you need…if you don't take my offer i will think like you never consider me as a friend, you only treated me as Magnus' boyfriend all these years" he said.

"you are more than friend Alec Lightwood, you are my brother" Raph came forward and hugged him.

"guys come on, it's not a big deal. It is in Magnus' name, not a big deal" Raph said, signalling others to leave the topic here. Everyone nodded their heads.
