SidNaaz were lost in each other's eyes when a sound of firecrackera distracted them, they broke the eye lock and looked up at the sky, the beautiful night sky of Jodhpur being lit by the stars and the firecracker adding to it's beauty. A smile etched on their faces, the scene in front of their was so serene, they let go of all their thoughts and questions at the moment, just enjoyed seeing this beautiful sight with each other, they were at peace. After the firecrackers stopped bursting they again looked at each other and sidharth started talking
Sid:Sana(sigh)...... Kuch bolegi?? I'm sorry yaar mujhe nhi aise sochna chahiye tha bina clear kiye
Sana:it's ok
She said looking pointedly at the garden area and not him
Sid:idhar dekho Shehnaaz
She looked at him and saw he was genuinely upset by his actsamd of course she couldn't bare that sight,sighing she said
Sana:Sidharth.......ek baari puch leta?? Kyu aise mujhse baar nhi ki?? Mujhe kitna bura laga tum aise behave kar rhe hai the aur......
She sniffed and he immediately hugged her and rubbed her back, she hugged him back and it was as if they they craved for each other, them each other's arms felt the safest and such a peaceful feeling, they misses each other. After sometime they broke the hug and Sidharth again started apologizing
Sid:sacchi sorry Shehnaaz, mein pata nhi kyu apne lagne pe chala ja rha tha
Sana:theek hai apology accepted aur dil se accepted(she said seeing him opening his mouth to say something and knew what he was going to tell) but ek condition hai
Sid:manzoor
Sana:Arre sunn toh lo
Sid:sab qubool hai teri maafi ke liye
He smiled at her and she couldn't help but blush
Sana:phir bhi..... Sunn le, aaj aur in fact abhi se tum mujhse kuch nhi chupaoge, apne lagne pe nhi chaloge, koi bhi baat ho toh mujhse share karoge aur clear karoge
Sid:done, promise aur tu bhi yeh sab promise kar
Sana:promise
And they smiled at each other.
Shehnaaz:Wo sab theek hai par tum yeh batao ke tum itne dukhi kyu hogaye the engagement ka sunke, nhi matlab agar meri engagement hoti toh tum itna kyu affect ho rhe the
Shehnaaz kinda knew why he reacted the way he did but wanted him to tell it himself(ab yaar mat pucho kaise, Arre hum ladkiyon ko sab pata chal jata hai😉🙈ladko bhi lagta hai kya aise pehle hi???baaki koi experience share karna chahe toh most welcome👉)
Sidharth gulped hearing her, what should he tell her now?? He couldn't tell her that he loves her and it hurt him to think of her becoming someone else's, so what should he tell now?? He was shaken out of his thoughts by Shehnaaz
Sana:Sidharth?? Kaha kho gaye??
Sid(nervous chuckles):hahah.... Haha.. Wo mein na.... Chod yeh sab, chal andar chalte hai, arnav khushi wait kar rhe honge aur mujhe bhook bhi lagi hai
Saying this he stood up and tried walking when shehnaaz held his hand and pulled him beside her on the bench and said
Sana:ha chale jayenge, pehle Tu mere sawal ka jawab toh de
She isn't gonna let this go, he thought.
Sid:Tu kya koi teacher hai jo tere sawal ka jawab doon??
Sid again tried to change the topic but shehnaaz was in no mood to let him go
Sana:Sidharth (glare) I'm serious..... Bata na(softly)
Sidharth took a deep breath and said
Sid:mein itna affect iss liye hua kyuki.......
Sana:kyuki????
Sid:kyuki...... Tu meri bohot achi dost hai aur mein nhi chahta the ke tu aise Arnav se shaadi kar le itna jaldi, tumlog ek dusre ko jaante hi kitna ho
He said fumbling and searching for words and mentally smacked himself for coming up with such a lame excuse while shehnaaz sighed in disappointment
Sana(murmer):gadha
Sid:huh... Kuch kaha??
Sana:nhi kuch nhi(tight lipped smile) chale andar??
Sid nodded and bothe went inside the banquet, met ArShi again, had dinner and went to Sidharths room where they talked for sometime after which shehnaaz came to her room.

SHEHNAAZ'S ROOM
After changing into her night suit, Shehnaaz sat on the bed thinking about, of course Sidharth.
Shehnaaz:Gadha kahika....... Bol nhi na sakta tha ke he loves me ulta achi dost hai bol diya(mimicking him) haye kahi sach mein sirf dost toh nhi hun na,par jaise wo itna jealous ho rha tha meri so called engagement ka sunke, dost toh aise nhi hote, plus uski ankhen,hayeeee aise dekhta hai mujhe jaise samandar(ocean) bharke pyaar ho unme. Wo bol deta toh mein bhi bol deti ke i also love him. Yes, I love him, kab hua, kaise hua, kyu hua, pata nhi, bas hogaya(filmy hogaya na thodu sa?? Koi na itna chalta hai😉) aur koi kaise usse pyaar na kare, wo hai hi itna acha, sabse acha. He's such an amazing, caring, loving dedicated person. Jab pehli baar mile the tab hi uski ek alag hi aura tha, ekdum positive vibes, he is so respectable to everyone, so humble and to top it all,  family guy, he loves and cherishes his family so much, I've seen it all, uski taarifein karne baithi na toh raat kam padh jayegi(chuckles)When I first him, he was just a colleague but now.... He's become such an important part of my life, I love you so much Sidharth!!!

SIDHARTH'S ROOM
After Shehnaaz left for her room, Sidharth changed into his night wear and stood in the balcony, feeling the air of Jodhpur. He was lost in his thoughts
Sidharth:wtf Sidharth.... Bol dena chahiye tha usse, kya bakwas sa excuse diya ek toh...... But I didn't want to confess like this, I want it to be beautiful, for us to cherish for life, I want it to be special for her, for us.But I'm afraid, what if she doesn't reciprocate the love, what if she decides to break our friendship,I won't be able to take it(sigh)i do think she does love me, there's this tiny little voice in my heart which says she does.Yes, I'm nervous but I will surely confess to her, this time it wasn't her engagement but if I delay more then I might be attending her engagement next(he was horrified thinking about it) no, no.... I will tell her as soon as we reach Mumbai, just hope and pray her answer is am I love u too.
Thinking all this, he went into the room and slept.
