EVENING, THURSDAY

After spending the day with Goenka's, Shehnaaz reached her home and was met with her sister Nidhi who was sprawled on the couch watching TV
Nidhi:Naaz babe.... How was the day at ur in laws to be(wink)
Shehnaaz rolled her eyes and said
Shehnaaz:just how it goes when u r at Arjun's place (cheeky smile)
Nidhi pouted and both of them laughed, she sat up to give Shehnaaz space to sit on the couch and said
Nidhi:you're missing him na
Shehnaaz smiled sadly and replied after a long pause
Shehnaaz:hmm... Pata nahi pahuncha bhi ya nahi,it's low signal area again
Nidhi:its difficult for agents na,staying away from loved ones
Shehnaaz:it is.... But the pride n love for our country and support of family gives us the strength
Nidhi:how r u gonna be managing long distance with Sid Bhai now, you both will mostly be out for missions na, what if.....
Shehnaaz:Nidhiii..... Don't baby.... We're mature individuals who love and trust eo, we know it's not gonna be easy but we're both fighters, ik he loves me like a dream, he cherishes me like I'm an angel, everytime he looks at me I feel blessed and there's nothing more surreal than being his,only the distance between us is huge but we're together in our hearts
Shehnaaz was saying all this with a soft smile on her face making Nidhi happy to see her sister so happy.
Nidhi then teased her to make the environment light
Nidhi:ohho not bad, so much love ahaaa (wink)
Shehnaaz:shut up(fake glare)
Then they continued watching the movie.

EVENING, RAJASTHAN

Sidharth n his colleagues reached a village area late evening,where the mission was to be executed from tomorrow. He freshened up and checked his phone for network but found none again, frustrated he kept the phone away and sighed, he wanted to talk inform his family which now included Shehnaaz as well that he has safely reached but alas.
He was also very tired n hungry from all the travelling, so he joined his colleagues for the early dinner spread for them. After dinner,the team chalked out a brief plan of everything they were going to do tomorrow and wished eo all the best, retiring to hear rooms. Sidharth was accompanied by Vikram(a good friend from training days and colleague in this mission) to his room as their rooms were opposite to eo. They were talking when Sidharth told him about Shehnaaz and Vikram being the typical friend jumped up n said
Vikram:whattttt!!! Woahhhh!!! Bhabhi mil gayi, yes!! Yes!!
Sidharth slapped on his back and said
Sidharth:chup baith saale, kya kar rha hai
Vikram(whisper) :yes!! Bhabhi mil gayiiiii
Sidharth face palmed at his friends behavior
Vikram:start se bata kab mili bhabhi, aur kitna time hogaya aur.....
Sidharth:chal bey,soja jake
Vikram:ha sojaunga par teri love story sunne ke baad
And he self invited himself to Sidharth's room making Sidharth shake his head.
Now Vikram was sitting on the bed and Sidharth on a chair telling him about the how's, when's and what's of his love story.
Vikram:waaah bhai, tu toh chupa rustum nikla aur apni bhabhi bhi agent hai, life set bey teri toh
Sidharth smiled softly, he missed her and couldn't even talk to her
Vikram notices him and said
Vikram:miss kar rha hai
Sidharth:soja tu ab sun liya na story
Vikram rolled his eyes and said
Vikram:khadoos, but on a serious note, u do know na, ke yeh normal hai, tum dono ko bohot time baar baar ek dusre se door rehna hoga, you'll have thought abt it right kyuki baad mein...
Sidharth:we know and we understand our closed ones concern, we love eo yaar, aur aisa pyaar bohot naseeb walo ko milta hai, that love jab wo smile bhi karde toh tumhara chehra roshan ho jata hai,She loves me so wholeheartedly ke it feels like a beautiful dream but I feel blessed to be a part of the reality with her, ha dooriyan bohot baar ayengi par humare dilon mein kabhi nahi
He said with a confident smile
Vikram:ohh bhaisaab tu toh shayar ban gaya bhabhi ke pyaar mein, mission ke baad milna padega bhayi
Sidharth chuckled and said
Sidharth:zaroor, zaroor
Vikram:chal good night
Sidharth:good night
Vikram left the room and Sidharth layed on his bed and checked for network again and still got the same response, he wanted to talk to his family, he knew they must be worried to know if he reached safety, he knew theyd understand the network issues and Shehnaaz would definitely know about the scenario but still  felt restless wanting to talk to them, he scrolled through his phone when he saw the selfie they clicked this morning after breakfast, his whole family together, Shehnaaz in his arms and them surrounded by family, it was a precious moment and it made him smile and also called him down, he took a deep breath and kissed the pic and slept with a smile.

OTHER SIDE,NIGHT,MUMBAI

After having dinner with her parents n Nidhi and them asking about Sidharth's whereabouts and she replying about no contact with him yet, she retired to her room for the day.

Shehnaaz was laying on the bed and thinking about the conversation she had with Sidharth's mother earlier, when both of them were worried but also consoled eo about Sidharth, she smiled thinking about how close they've gotten. She was scrolling through her phone when she came across the same selfie with Sidharth and the Goenka's clicked this morning,she was missing him so much, she wanted to talk to him, hear him but she knew the network issues were horrible, she knew he was safe, she felt it but then that urge to just talk to him was overpowering her sane self, she cursed the network and talked to that photo itself complaining about the network and then slept after giving the phone a hug,smiling peacefully n hoping to talk to him tomorrow.
