Sidharth got ready and looked at himself in the mirror and sighed, he was thinking of how ironic was it, he was to attend the engagement of his love with someone else, it was getting more difficult for him as the time was nearing, he was regretting coming here, he won't be able to see her being someone's else's in front of his eyes. He wiped his teary eyes and came out of his room and walked towards the Hall where the ceremony was to take place. He was wearing this👇

Sidharth entered the hall and saw Arnav standing on the beautifully decorated stage all smiles, Sidharth smiled sadly to himself then covered it up and went up the stage to meet Arnav.
Sidharth:what's up bro
Arnav:all good,handsome lag rha hai bhai
Sidharth:tere se kam bhai
He winked and both laughed
Another friend of Arnav(ArF):Dekho toh Arnav ko, bhabhi ko dekhne ke liye kitna utavla ho rha hai
And all of them laughed at a blushing Arnav while Sid stood there trying his best to smile and not give his sadness away to the audience there.
Someone:Arre dekho dulhan agayi
All heads turned to the stairs on the left where a bunch of girls were escorting the woman of today's ceremony, Khushi Gupta. Khushi was in the center and 6 girls including Shehnaaz were playing the bridesmaids. Sidharth looked at their direction and was bowled over by looking at Shehnaaz, she was wearing this👇

The girls reached the stage and Arnav came forward to help his bride up, Sidharth's heartbeats rised, he gulped. Shehnaaz saw Sidharth on the stage while coming down the stairs,she smiles brightly at him and gushed over how handsome he looked in her mind.

Sidharth was left astonished when Arnav went and held his hand forward and Khushi gave her hand to him,his eyes shifted to Shehnaaz who was already looking at him and smiling and also clapping for the couple. Then shehnaaz came up the stage and went and stood beside Sidharth, she looked at him happily while Sidharth was over the moon and gave her a confused smile.Sidharth came to know that it was all his misunderstanding,Khushi was the bride. He reflected upon all the past conversations and realized, Shehnaaz's name was never mentioned,it was him who assumed it and fu*kep up, godd what an idiot he was,he thought, but at the same time his hearts was dancing in joy, he was beyond happy, he could still tell Shehnaaz about he felt about her. They were disturbed by the voices there, ArShi exchanged rings and everyone except the couple descended the stage after congratulating them. While Shehnaaz was getting down, her lehenga was getting on her way in the stairs, she was holding her lehenga and trying to get down the mini staircase when she saw a hand in front of her, she looked up and saw Sidharth standing there with a bright smile offering his hand, she happily held his hand and got down.

After climbing down the stairs, they walked ahead STILL holding hands. They went and stood at a place, Shehnaaz looked at him and said
Sana:hi
Sid:hi
Silence............
Sana:tum theek ho
Sid:mein..... Ab ekdum badiya
He said giving a cheeky smile
It was then when they notices their interwined hands and left each other's hands blushing.
Sana:Sidharth tum itna rukhe rukhe kyu the, kal call bhi nhi kiya, msg bhi itna plain..... Tum naraz the kya
Sid:nhi aise kuch nhi tha Shehnaaz
(Of course he couldn't tell her that usko laga ke she's getting engaged and usne apne lagne pe devdas giri start kardi 🤭😂)
Sana:jhoot..... Tumhe meri kasam, sach sach batao kya hua tha
She said sternly and he gulped
Sid:theek hai(sigh)bahar chale??
Sana nodded,they excused themselves and went out in the garden area, it was empty with all the guests in the hall.
Sidnaaz sat on a bench in the garden, Shehnaaz was looking at Sidharth intently and he was looking down at the grass as if it was the most interesting exhibit.
Sana:bolo bhi ab...
Sid took a deep breath and said
Sid:wvhhikkigcxfhmki hhsjkwkakgvb  hbbhiwkkamshgg
He said in one breath and Shehnaaz looked at him as if he grew two horns on his head
Sana(disbelief):Sidharth thappad khayega ab..... Seedhe seedhe hindi mein aaram se bol fatafat
Sid:I.... I..... I thought u r the one Arnav is getting engaged to(shehnaaz was about to say something but he stopped her) ik, ik, it's stupid, but I thought..... I mean I don't even know why I couldn't think straight, I should have asked and you know all this confusion wouldn't happen but then my mind was as if locked and I.........
He stopped and looked at Shehnaaz who was looking at him in disbelief and her eyes spitting fire and at the same time teary.
Sid:Shehnaaz.... Sana plz mat ro, I know I'm stupid, I'm an id but.....
Shehnaaz:shut up,how could you just think all this and why??ridiculous!!why would you not clear things and is this the reason why you didn't talk to me yesterday??
Sid nodded
Sana(sigh) :wow just wow..... I was so worried as to why you're behaving like this, I thought maybe you're upset over something, maybe you're tensed, maybe there's something serious and now you tell me you were upset bcuz tumhe laga aur tum apne lagne par dukhi hogaye
She facepalmed herself, Sid held her shoulder and said
Sid:ik I should have talked it out..... But I was so out of my mind , I couldn't, I'm sorry.... Plz
He looked at her with a pout, Shehnaaz looked up at him , both were lost in each other's eyes, their eyes having a convo of their own.
