A/n: Hello everybody! Today is November 20, 2021. I got a 91% on my math test today and am SO happy!! Been planning out this chapter for quite a few months. Wasn't entirely sure where to take it...but then I figured it out.

They say "Iggee hit so sticky;" I say "Thank you very much."

"BENT THE WHOLE WORLD OVER AND SAID..."

"What is this?" Y/n asks, settling down as she glares at Rose.

Rose takes a deep breath, stretching back and looking around her office before her eyes go back to the group. "A book. An alternate reality. A world I've created with my own two hands. Realities I've crafted and revised and stretched from the folds of my brain. People I've brought into and taken out of the world."

Loki shakes his head. "So we're a figment of your imagination? A hallucination?" He scoffs.

Rose holds up her finger. "Not exactly. I am not responsible for Loki and Sylvie originally. But...let's just say that things go very differently without me saying otherwise."

Sylvie glances at Loki uneasily as Rose continues. "I understand your moral objections to what the TVA and myself do. And my methods are deceptive. But the mission; it never was. Without the me, without the TVA, without burning a candle and surrounding myself with crystals and fairy lights to create you... everything burns," she explains, spreading her hands.

"Then what are you so afraid of?" Sylvie asks accusatorily.

"Me," Rose says cooly, looking at Sylvie evenly.

"And just who are you, then?"

"Oh, I've been dubbed many names by many people. A queen, a conqueror. She Who Remains, a slut," Rose says, sneering in disdain. "But it's... it's not as simple as a name. When I was young, I learned how to bridge my mind into worlds thought fictional. I performed scientific research on this and found human minds simply refused to accept it.

"So I took it into my own hands to create and experiment and see what I could do myself. And I grew. People always told me the world didn't revolve around me, but...they were right. The world doesn't revolve around me. The multiverse does. A little something I like to call the Iggee Rose Literary Universe, which, coincidentally, overlaps with the Anna Watson Literary Universe.

"You see, dear, broken family, there are infinite realities. Inmeasurable, even by me, and I admit that. But this cluster. My multiverse...now that's mine. My corner. My jurisdiction. My people. My children. My partners. My siblings. My friends. I rule all because I am all. Everyone...is an extension of my own soul in some aspect."

Y/n, Loki, and Sylvie all blink, trying to process the profound thought. "What is your point, witch?" Y/n scoffs.

"My point, Miss Dominatrix, is that even then, I reign myself in," Rose warns, her brow furrowing. "I am an untapped fountain of unbridled rage. I've been tempted to uncap it based on the stupidity of humans, but I haven't. But, if you were to kill me...it would break this form. We're all just dust; energy. I'd simply return. And it'd be worse.

"I created Alioth and the TVA to keep mindless control of what I cannot focus on. Because I guarantee, if I had my entire hand on the stupidity of living things, there would be nothing living. You came to kill the devil, right? Well, guess what?

"I keep you safe. And if you think that I'm evil. Or slutty. Or underestimated. Or even underestimated...you don't know me yet. And you don't want to. That is the gambit. Stifling order, pure bliss, or cataclysmic chaos. You may hate the dictator, but something far worse is gonna fill in the void if you disposed of me. I've lived a million lifetimes. I've gone through every scenario. This is the only way, and it just so happens to be my way," Rose lectures, eyes glazing over.
