Author's POV

It's not every day you fall for someone.
Especially if they're someone
you met at a convenience store.
And it's not every day that you finally
reveal what you look like to someone
you met weeks ago.

But this is exactly what happened to
Jay and Ni-Ki, somehow.
Don't know how they've come to this
but they have.

It was presently 10 am.
Jay had just left secretly his house
wearing all black, as usual.
He may have just woken up,
so he was a bit sleepy.

He made his way to the convenience store
and opened the door.
He saw that it had been decorated
in pink and red.
There were blown up hearts
positioned on top of the shelves.

Signs presented all throughout the store.
There were more couples inside
then normal.
Many pink and red cards were on
the shelves, as well as stuffed animals
and chocolates.

Jay saw in the corner of his eye,
Ni-Ki stocking up some racks of chocolates.
Jay walked towards the younger.
He leaned against the shelf,
facing Ni-Ki.

Ni-Ki looked up at him with a grin.
He placed the chocolates on the rack
and turned towards Jay.
"How have you been?"
Ni-Ki started the conversation off with.

"Good. How have you been?"
"I'm good, but so tired!
There's been a lot of people late-shopping
for their partners Valentine's Day gifts.
It's like as soon as someone leaves,
another person walks through the door!
While there's already 30 other people inside!
It's madness!"
Ni-Ki ranted.

Jay softly smiled then cleared his mask.
"You free today?"
Jay asked.
"Yeah, why?"
Ni-Ki started to put new boxes
of chocolate on the shelf from
a box in his hand.

"I don't know. Just thought
we could do something."
Ni-Ki looked back up at him.
"Are you asking what I think you're asking?"
The younger questioned.

"Uhh, that depends, what do you
think I'm trying to say?"
Ni-Ki let out a small laugh and
shook his head.
"Umm...maybe..."
Ni-Ki didn't want to say it out loud.

What Ni-Ki was thinking,
was that Jay could possibly be asking him out?
I don't know! Ni-Ki doesn't even know.

"Ok, yeah, I'm asking you out,
if you wanna call it that,"
Jay admitted.
Ni-Ki stopped himself from a smile
appearing on his face.

"Sure, we can do something today.
I'm getting off at...5 pm.
Maybe then we could do something?"
Jay happily nodded his head.

"Ok, just come here at around
5 pm and we can...figure out something."
"Ok, see you then Ni-Ki!"
"Bye hyung."

Jay then left the store, not without buying
something of course.
Ni-Ki had to now help his
co-worker Sunghoon.
Because Sunghoon somehow
broke the microwave?
This absolutely fumed Doyun.
When Sunghoon broke it last night,
Doyun seriously ran after him
with a wooden spoon for 30 minutes.

She was yelling at him and
Ni-Ki couldn't stop laughing at the scene.
Sunghoon was petrified for his life.
Doyun may be a 24 year old woman
and 5'3, but her personality is so
intimidating.
She is nice but scary at the same time.
