"The queen will see you now." The harmonic voice of the fairy night floated through the hall as he ushered the 6 into the hall. "My lady queen, the ..." The knight cast his eyes over the group lingering only on Luke. "Warriors you sent for."

"My lady you sent for us. I would like to know your reasoning." Jess faked politeness. She and the fare folk weren't very close.

"I sent for 3 and a half natumeste warriors and their partners." The queen spoke in a high pitch voice that was still as beautiful as a calming melody. "I see before me two wolves, one fairy, one vampire and two warlocks."

"What do you mean two warlocks? There is only me," Jason snapped in reply. He was about as close to the fare folk as  japan and Britain are on the globe.

"The girl may not know her connection to Lilith's Children. But believe me when I tell you she is a much a warlock as usher bell for the fare folk do not  lie. So I shall not fill these halls with such false statements."

"You may not be able to lie but you can certainly deceive us. For that it one of the old fables regarding the people of your world. The fare folk beautiful to behold but shall cross you and deceive you so do not be fooled although these beautiful creatures can not lie they are rotten on the inside." Jessica resited as if reading from a text book.

"What good would I have to deceive you. One of your company belongs to these halls. I summoned you to warn you of events that will come to pass but I fear I am to late,"

"What events would this be,"

"The events that have lost the fourth of you her memories. The events introducing the 6th into your company."

"If you knew of these events then perhaps you could tell us how to retrieve savannahs memories."

"The girls memories are retrievable..." The queen paused for dramatic effect, "but I shall only inform you if you return what belongs to my realm."

"And what may that be," Alec asked

"The boy. He has the blood of the fare folk so he belongs in my realm with the rest of us,"

"You do not own him. Luke is his own person." Jess snapped slowly loosing her temper

"The boy shall be free to come and go as he pleases but he shall be a part of the fairy court and will have to serve us on occasion."

"What about the natumeste blood in his veins. It is still the dominant blood." Jason was trying what he could to keep Jess calm. Holding her. Touching her. Even tried magic but the fairies wouldn't allow warlocks to use their magic.

"That is simple enough to change. A little bit of magic to speed up the change. It will be a lot less painful."

"I'll do it," Luke jumped in before Jess could argue further. "As long as savannah gets her memories back."

"No Luke you can't." Jessic wailed turning on her younger brother. "If you think I'm just going to let you give up your life so that you can become one of them," Jess pointed at the queen in disgust, "then you've got another thing coming,"

"Jess this isn't your decision, besides what other hope do we have to retrieve savannahs memories."

"I don't know but your not about give up your memories to save hers that are already gone. I can't handle that two of my siblings without memories."

"Jess this is my..."

"You can't Luke, I've lost mine but I already know you are all worth knowing and remembering."

"The boy will not lose his memory nor his warrior skills. I shall just speed up the blood takeover."

"Just do it." Luke sighed running a hand through his long blonde hair. "Before someone else argues against it,"

The queen stared intently at Luke. For what seemed like ages nothing happened. Luke's eyes sparked even bluer as he buckled over in pain. Jess had to fight the urge to go to his aid; but instead gripped Jason's arm with all her strength. The material in Luke's shirt ripped as a pair of electric blue wings shot from his shoulder blades. His cheekbones slid up his face so his childish face became one of high cheek bones and sunken cheeks. His ears that had always been pointier than most became as sharp as spears and his hair fell around them rather then over them. An inklike pattern in the same electric blue  colour swirled around his eye. He looked entirely different but yet so the same. His wings folded back  down as he straightened.

"Luke?" Jess asked warily she stepped toward him. He looked
at her with electric blue eyes.

"Hey sis..." he smiled weakly trying to hide the pain he was feeling. Without hesitation Jessica had broken free from her warlocks side and was engulfing her brother in a bone crushing hug. "Can't breathe," Luke chocked out holding his sister away from his body so he can get his well deserved fill of oxygen. Jess let out a strained chuckle before breaking down in tears. Luke pulled her back into a comforting hug. She snuggled into his chest. She just needed to make sure he was real and he remembered her.

With his chin still resting on Jessica's head he spoke directly to the queen. "You got your wish now tell us how to retrieve savannahs memories."

"All children stories of princesses and shining armour clad princes bear the answer you seek. Tales of seven dwarfs or a child with golden hair, three bears with their porridge and a glass slipper. These stories all hold your answer."

"Why do fairies always speak in riddles?" Alec sighed "Luke do you have any idea what she just said?"

"Just cause I'm a fairy now doesn't mean I understand everything they say," Luke replied with fake harshness.

"Sorry," Alec said sarcastically. This was often there coping mechanism. Sarcasm and witty comebacks to hide the real pain.

"Let's go home and see if we can figure something out." Jason sighed running Jessica's back as he did so.

"The boy must stay."

"What happened to 'The boy shall be free to come and go as he pleases but he shall be a part of the fairy court and will have to serve us on occasion' having to stay isn't being free to go."

"He must prove his worthiness to the court. If he is unworthy he shall pay the ultimate price."

"Luke... I knew you shouldn't of agreed to it. This is what I mean by deceitful."

"It's fine Jess I'll just prove my worthiness. It'll be fine."

"How long will he have to stay,"

"One quarter rotation of the star that gives life to this world."

"Three months?"

"Jess go, I'll be fine; just figure out how to get sav's memories back,"

"Sav?"

"You, I've always called you that, only me though."

Savannah looked to Jess for reassurance. Jess just nodded.

"Is that all you need to talk to us about?"

"I also wished to bestow a warning. to you my dear luna. The Renwick shall be the packs demise he shall end the alpha's reign. Renwick seeks to destroy the pack and you along with it. One shall not be as accepting of a halfblood as most. Tread carefully young luna. For those whom you trust should not be trusted at all,"

"Is that all?"

"For now my children; rest well, come Luke." The fairy queen turned as one of her knights ushered the group out. "Oh and Jessica?"

"What?"

"To discover your powers the youngest of the platt name shall be the one to help you."

Jessica left returning back to the apartment with the others. She felt weird know she would not see her brother in three months. Her baby brother was stuck in the fairy queens clasp. Her head was swimming with questions. Who was going to help her with controlling her power? How were fairy tales going to help get savannahs memories back? Would luke be okay with the fairies?
