Third POV

The next morning, Cassia woke up to see James was already awake, "Jay?" she whispered, and his now slightly darker eyes looked at her. She could see the haunted look in his eyes and almost wanted to cry again, she knew he remembers everything that happened in the past twenty four hours. "Hi," he let out a strained whisper. He had been awake for ten minutes, feeling the new presence in his head, he knew he had died and he knew Severus had killed him as he didn't give the countercurse. Then he felt the pain in his throat, it still felt like his throat was slit, that a knife had just flown right into his neck, and sliced through. He didn't want to move his neck, he couldn't anyway, Cassia's head was in the side of his neck, the part that didn't hurt him. When she woke up, he saw her sharper features, she looked more like a goddess than she did before, not that he cared how she looked. Her dark purple eyes stared at him widely and he could see she wanted to cry again.

Before James could say anything, Poppy had come up to the bed, "Oh, you two are awake, good. It's almost time for breakfast, Mr. Potter, here's a pain reliever. You're professors are aware that you both had an early inheritance, and they are aware you Mr. Potter will not be able to talk very well for a few days, and I believe the others are coming," Poppy said, hearing the multiple footsteps hurrying to the Hospital Wing.

The group walked in and saw the two awake, "Prongs, you're awake," Sirius said quietly, but still being as dramatic as he possibly could. He knew their senses would be a bit odd for now. Sirius handed James some of his clothes while Pandora handed Cassia some of hers, while the two changed, they were being informed about what had been going on in the other dorms, "Hufflepuff, we heard from Sprout had been a bit depressed seeing that happen, and Ravenclaw looked like they wanted to cry because of Cassia's reaction and early inheritance, especially when Pandora went up to get her some clothes," Xeno was saying.

"The Gryffindors are mad, but Minnie had spoken to them before we left and said no attack the Slytherin's because you don't know how the Slytherin's are reacting. Remus and Peter would not shut up about asking me questions, which I countered with the fact they have still been doing those mean pranks without our knowledge and they shut up," Sirius said.

"I wanted to bash Lily's head in from all the comments she made about Cassia being to traumatic and that James was 'just fine' and was over acting it out," Marlene spoke with Alice nodding along. Cassia had come out at this point and her eyes were red again, probably angry at Lily, but that immediately went away when an equally angry James came out, shirtless and motioned to his shirt and himself. "Doesn't fit?" Poppy asked and James nodded pointing to his pants too. He wasn't that tall in the first place but he did grow a couple inches, passing Regulus in height, although he still wasn't as tall as Sirius. James, however, did gain quite a bit of muscle, and Cassia was definitely not complaining about it. Alice was blushing and looking away, while Pandora was trying to determine whether she needed to stop Cassia from attacking Marlene who had been flat out staring until Sirius covered her eyes. James' eyes also got slightly darker and so did his hair while he was also a little bit paler. Cassia's features came out more and her figure had become more of an hour glass shape. Her eyes wore more noticeably purple, and her other features wore more sharp but delicate. They knew it was from her inheritance, her father had that similar sharp but delicate look, although his was a bit sharper and it gave him that intimidating feature.

"How are the Slytherins?" Cassia asked Regulus, who also happened to have been staring at James' torso. Sirius had noticed to and the two gave him a look, both raising an eyebrow, "Well, surprisingly nobody has talked to Snape. I think it might be because they know how much trouble he is actually in for attacking a Heir of a Ancient and Most Noble house, no matter if it's a Gryffindor or not. The few I did speak too said they were angry that it was directed at James because they have noticed you and Sirius haven't been doing as much pranks and have been helping the younger years, and the fact that he caused not one, but two early inheritances," Regulus explained.

"Okay, you two can go, soft foods today," Poppy told James, "If you get a headache, because I don't really know what you'll see, come to me or Slughorn for headache remedy," she told him and excused them both. They both grabbed their bags that the others brought with. Well, James had new stuff as most of his other stuff had gotten bloody and they made their way out.

The people on their way to the Great Hall stared in surprise as James and Cassia led the group into the Great Hall. Lily had woken to find that both Alice and Marlene had left and was surprised to see them standing with Sirius and Frank, she was a bit too slow to know Marlene was with Sirius now, everyone knew about Alice and Frank. Then, Lily saw James, and she drooled. James Potter became muscular. Not that he wasn't before, but he was leaner. Lily was also now grew even more jealous of the girl he was holding hands with, Cassia Le Fay, otherwise known as the girl that took James' attention away from her.

Severus was kicked out of his own room, his roommates were angry, and kicked him out. Many Slytherin's knew Slughorn didn't tell them everything and they would have called him out on it if it wasn't for the look Slughorn gave back saying, 'I know you know I didn't say everything but I really cannot tell you,' so they left it at that. Severus had also been dealing with what he thought was the shadows creeping in on him more and he thought he saw faces in them, he thought a skeleton hand had reached out grabbed him one time. He totally didn't scream when that happened, in front of his roommates, who were in the common room, with everybody else. Regulus absolutely refused to talk to him and tried avoiding him, Lucius had also been avoiding him. Severus could have sworn he saw Lucius speaking to both Black brothers and then looking relieved about something. Severus' sun burns had continued, and his magic seemed to be trying to attack him. Oh, and don't forget the ghosts. The Bloody Baron and Peeves actually partnered up and pranked him. When he was on his way back to the Slytherin dorms after making sure everything he thought happened in the Hospital Wing actually happened, he was covered in flour and maple syrup while the Bloody Baron screamed his dead heart out, "PEEVES! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO THIS STUDENT WHO IS OUT OF BED!" only for the response to be, "YOU WERE HOLDING THE DAMN SYRUP, NO BLAMING IT ALL ON PEEVSY AND THE STUDENT, ALSO KNOWN AS SEVERUS SNAPE, OUT OF BED!"

Severus arrived in the Great Hall to see the Slytherin's glaring at him and saw James and Cassia sitting with their group. James practically had Cassia on his lap and lightly swatting her hand away from getting more sweets and getting more savory things, not caring if the fae was pouting at him or not.
