Chapter Thirteen

They all arrived back at a Manor, Severus was startled when he felt a prick on his finger form Braeden taking blood to add him to the wards. They entered the Manor, "Welcome to Le Fay Manor, where you'll be staying," Braeden said.

"You have a brother?" Severus quietly asked Cassia, but almost regretted it as Cassia was back in James' side. He did see Cassia shake her head though. Severus then looked around and saw three people that were their when he killed James, then he remembered, Cassia called the curly haired man 'Grandpa' and Lord Le Fay had called him 'Dad'. He looked at Braeden with wide eyes, realizing Braeden was his half-brother and the curly haired man was his father. The floo flared as Marlene, Frank, Alice, Pandora, and Xeno came out. Xeno had gone straight to Cassia, "I want details," he stated. Yeah, those two were the unusual ones. The others gave some respect to the three people, Severus noticed, except Xeno who looked sheepish when realizing that he didn't do that.

"Please, I might be dramatic, but I'm not a Drama Queen like Thunder Thighs," the curly haired man said. Severus noticed there was thunder in the distance after that statement. "Besides, when your father gets excited about something, he didn't pay attention to those around him too," the man added. The attention was turned back to Severus, Braeden called for a House Elf and the elf squeaked seeing the three, especially the woman, Cassia's mother, who seemed to radiate magic. The elf brought Severus to his new room, away from Cassia, the keep the girl's temper and James' temper calmer. Braeden didn't even need to hear any argument, Severus was already going to be away from his daughter.

"I would take him to Gringotts first, I can smell potions on him and he hasn't done potions recent enough to smell like that," Orion pointed out. He knew Sirius and Regulus could smell something on Severus, they found it odd that he ALWAYS smelled like potions. Regulus had even pointed out that at night, or in the mornings, he smelled like potions. Severus had come back down and Braeden immediately said, "We're going to Gringotts, come on," he said and the two left.

Severus, in the room with Le Fay-Ravenclaw account manager and Braeden, was shocked finding out his mother was from the Prince Line. He was next in Line for the Prince Lordship, actually he was the Heir and Braeden, as he was Severus' guardian, would be Lord proxy. Severus felt a little smug, thinking he could compete for Lily's attention with having a Lordship and that if James had still been involved at trying to get her attention, he could compete (of course, he didn't James actually had three Heirships).

Severus' smug feeling went away seeing the potions and charms section that appeared on his Inheritance Tests. Apparently he had been dosed with Love Potions, and compulsions to hate Gryffindors (except Lily), to be paranoid towards Gryffindors (except Lily), and a lot of negative compulsions directed towards James Potter and Sirius Black. Oh, and there is the fact that the Love Potions were directed towards Lily Evans, being supplied by Lily Evans, and the compulsions were coming from Albus Dumbledore. Severus looked shocked at the results, also you know, the fact that it said his father is apparently Hades, the God of the Underworld. He scoffed at that part, thinking that this test was false, but, then again , this was Gringotts, the results don't lie. "See, now James also had love potions fed to him directed towards Lily Evans, hatred towards you, and to slack on his work and do those mean pranks, some were even supplied by Peter Pettigrew and Remus Lupin. Sirius also had similar ones, except the love potions, but to despise his family, to deny that he was a Dark Wizard. Of course, Dumbledore would have been ecstatic to have a Potter who would get him access to three Lordships, and a Black who are very creative in their curses, so he tried to get them on his side. He erased Lord Potter's memory so he wouldn't influence his son's decisions, and he erased Lord Black's so Walburga NoName would abuse her sons. He tried to erase mine, but that'll be answered when you learn about that," Braeden explained, pointing to the name of his father at the end.

Severus was cleared of his potions and compulsions and appeared back outside the Le Fay manor. "I'm going to be blunt, the gods exist, our father is Hades, that's why you have some of those abilities you are starting to gain. You are gaining them now, and not early because soon after I had been born, there was a prophecy about a child of the Big Three Gods that would be the fate of Olympus when he reached the age of sixteen. Apollo had confirmed that it was not me, I had less likely chance when I had also been a wizard. Hades wasn't taking a chance with you and delayed your abilities, it helped when Eileen married Tobias, hold it," he said sternly when Severus was going to interrupt, "You will find, especially in the muggle world, there is Greek monsters who can smell you. Children of the Big three have a more noticeable smell, so Eileen married somebody smelly to keep you safe from the monsters that could kill you faster than tobias ever could. Now, when we go in there, be respectful, the other man that Orion seems to keep flirting with is Thanatos the God of Death, do not get our father and him mixed up, our father is the God of the Dead, not the God of Death. The woman, is Hecate, yes that Hecate," Braeden finished seeing Severus' look of surprise.

Severus was now sitting in front of everybody, "Okay, everybody introduce yourselves to him, with titles," Hecate said.

"Braeden Le Fay, son of Hades."

"Charlus Potter, Death Line."

"Orion Black, Guard."

"Minerva McGonagall, daughter of Athena," oh yes, she showed up too.

"Poppy Pompfrey, daughter of Apollo," her too.

"Marlene McKinnon, daughter of Aphrodite."

"Sirius Black, Guard."

"James Potter, Death Line and Collector."

"Cassia Le Fay, daughter of Hecate, granddaughter of Hades," Severus looked surprised at that, did that mean he was Cassia's uncle?

"Frank Longbottom, son of Demeter."

"Alice Fortescue, daughter of Apollo."

"Pandora Lestrange, Guard."

"Xenophilius Lovegood, son of Dionysus."

"Regulus Black, Guard," Regulus finished the line of names. The Blacks, Potters, and Pandora were different then the demigods though and Severus wanted to know why.

"The tale of Beetle and the Bard is actually true, the Peverell's existed but one Line did not have hold Thanatos' favor, this line is going to end with Tom Riddle, also known as the Dark Lord Voldemort," Hecate explained, "The other line that still exists merged with the Gryffindor Line and became the Main Line, the favored Line, and led to the Potters. This Line was to essentially become aware of Death, and if they die they become Collectors like James. They also watch over Underworld demigods as they can sense them. You can't sneak up on somebody form the Death Line because they will know. They can see through invisibility spells and shadows," she explained looking directly at Severus' face, seeing his facial reactions. Severus was finally realizing that yes, he had been stuck in the shadows because of his own panic and James had been the one to pull him out. "The Guards, they are supposed to guard the demi-wizards/witches and the Death Line, sometimes becoming best friends like Orion did with Charlus and Braeden, and Sirius did with James and Pandora did with Cassia. Sometimes they become lovers like Sirius and Marlene, and Pandora and Xeno. The Black Line all change into Grimms because of their close relationship with the Potters and the Underworld. They have instincts that help them protect their demigod group. Pandora was the new one Apollo and I made, if you haven't guessed, she's a seer. She saw what you were about to do just like the Black brothers knew James had been in danger," Hecate finished. By now Cassia had buried herself into James side again.

It was safe to say Severus Snape's life had completely changed.
