She awoke the next morning with a sore head. She had hidden herself away after everything, with a bottle of champagne, and drank away her thoughts until it was nothing but a black blur. She sighed and rolled over, noticing the time. 1PM
Narcissa should be gone by now.
She put on an emerald silk robe, brushed her hair, and left the room. Her stomach was growling, and a smell coming from the kitchen was enticing her.
When entering, she saw a spread that made her mouth water.
Freshly baked bread, pastries, eggs, bacon, freshly squeezed orange juice.
"Hungry?" A voice made her jump.
She whipped around, seeing lucius. He was dressed in a shirt and trousers, a few buttons undone, exposing his chest that was dusted softly with hairs.
He was always so formally dressed, even for a relaxing day at home.
"Yes, it all looks great".
He smiled, strolling up to her slowly. Her stomach burst into butterflies when his hand stroked her cheek, and pulled her in for a kiss. It was a soft brush but passionate. She hummed under her breath, melting into his arms that' felt the curve of her waist under the silk robe.
"Sit down darling"
She did with ecstasy. Taking a few pieces of bacon, an egg and a pastry for the side. Lucius stood behind her, stroking her hair and squeezing her shoulders.
He remembered a time when she had been nervous to eat around other people, it made him smile as she tucked into the breakfast.
"I came to see you last night, but you were passed out. I was a little disappointed, I didn't get to rip that dress from you and enjoy you" he growled kissing her neck. She shivered.
"You're on a sex ban" she admitted. He scoffed and smirked.
"You're cute with a steady hand. And why am I on a sec ban?"
"You're on a sex ban until you anwser my questions" she stated. He went rigid, sitting himself down next to her. He had been avoiding this.
She was so gentle, so kind, and his feelings for her meant he couldn't lie to her anymore; no matter where his loyalties lay.
He had discussed the matter with the dark Lord. Knowing she was eager to know more about herself and her past. The dark Lord had wanted his relations to Celeste to be kept secret, however, something had shifted in him.
The idea of her knowing Voldemort was her father was something he wasn't opposed to anymore. The information the prophecy held was paramount to the near future, and Celeste knowing the darkest secret yet of her past was something the dark Lord believed may be the thing to motivate her to go and retrieve the prophecy.
Lucius squeezed her hand. "I'm ready to tell you everything I know. The reasoning behind my actions toward you" he kissed her hand gently, "only if you are ready to hear it".
She frowned. "Of course I'm ready". Lucius sighed
He knew she couldn't be. But it's what she wanted.
"Why did you push me away? Why did you lie about your feelings for me?" She said jumping straight in. Lucius sighed.
"I felt guilty" he admitted.
The true reason he felt guilty was still something he could not reveal to her. That it was dark lords idea to get close to her, and by doing so, he was using her in a way. Perhaps it started out like that, not that Lucius needed much convincing; she was a beauty.
