Chapter 6 Wait Hold up!!

"I'm a what now?!"

"Hold up! Who?! why?! and when?!"

Just then a lady walked in the house holding some groceries "I'm home......oh Violet you're here" she ran and gave me a big hug.

"Umm" I remained speechless, I didn't know what to say.

"Oh sorry honey, I am Tara's mother!" the lady smiled and hugged me again. She sounded like she knew me for a really long time. Do I know her? "Umm Excuse me, do I know you?". She didn't answer.....just smiled.

That smile made me feel weird inside, I felt like crying, I don't know why.

"Mum i told her" Tara pointed out

"That's why you're in shock" she said "look honey, your parents were close friends of ours, and I'm sorry about what happened to them. Do you know how they died"

"No"

She made me sit on the couch and added

"well I think it's time for you to know the whole truth. your parents were killed at the day you were born, and for protection you stayed with your aunt in the human world, your parents weren't normal, they both had supernatural powers, but they wanted you to live a normal life, that's why they put a spell that will cover you powers until you become 16"

"But I'm 16 in a couple of days!"

"Exactly. the spell is wearing off"

"Oh god"

All I could remember is that Salem woke up.

Salem's POV

"mmmm what happened?!". I saw Violet lying on the couch. "I'm guessing you told her".

"Salem what were you doing on the floor?" mum questioned me.

"Umm nothing just I was looking for something" I said nervously, I hope she doesn't asks many questions.

Mum raised an eyebrow "we'll talk about this later".

Violet is the professor's daughter; he's the most powerful wizard in wizworld but unfortunately he got killed in battle, and till now they haven't found a replacement. Mum is trying to convince the wizcouncil that with the right training, Violet could replace him, well since she is his daughter, this makes sense. But the council is refusing, because of the fact that she's a women.

I don't think that she can handle it, she's so childish and she doesn't even seem 16 she just acts like 6. why do I have to deal with this?!

"Hello, Violet.....wake up" mum was gently patting her to wake up.

"Oh my gosh, please tell me that was a dream"

"That was a dream"

"Ugh gee thanks Salem, that really helped" she said sarcastically. "So you're all wizard freaks?"

"Hey!" me and Tara said in union.

"I'm going to my room, I mean the room you put me in" Violet said as she got upstairs.

"Shouldn't we tell her, that she's going to replace her father?" I asked mum

"Not now, let's not pressure her" she answered. "I have a doctor appointment, so I have to go..... bye, and behave"

I was left with Tara watching some anime she liked. "Wouldn't it be cool if you were the professor of wizworld? I would be able to do pranks and not get punished" Tara was over thinking again "haha just kidding, I wouldn't do anything bad. but still it would be cool"
