Zuko stays at the Northern water tribe 4 times a year. Sokka also happens to vist the northern water for Yue. Sokka isn't used to the cold nights of the northern water tribe and ends up using the fire bender boy to keep warm.

"WHAT! What do you mean I can't go see yue!" The tan, blue eyed boy yelled at his sister.
"No one can go see the royal family right now." She responded, trying to keep her cool.
"Why!"
"Because there's a special visitor coming." Sokka groaned in annoyance and crossed his arms.
"There's no way someone is more special then me that can see yue but I can't! I'm her boyfriend after all!"
"SOKKA! YOU CANT SEE HER OKAY! STOP ACTING LIKE A BABY!" Katara finally snapped. Sokka flinched at her sudden raise in voice.
"Geez, I'm sorry Katara. I didn't mean to make you mad." Sokka pouted and looked at the snow under his feet.
"It's fine Sokka. You can just be an idiot at times. Well all the time but you know what I mean."
"HEY!"
"GUYS!" A short boy with an arrow on his head came running towards the two siblings.
"What is it sweetie?" Katara asked the boy and gave him a sweet smile. Aang lost his train of thought for a second before answering his girlfriend.
"They have Penguin sledding here!" Aang told them and pointed to where the game was held.
"Really!" Katara spoke excitedly. Aang had got her to go penguin sledding one time as one of their first dates and now it was one of Katara favorite things to do like Aang.
"Yeah! Come join me!" Aang said and grabbed Katara by the hand.
"No!No!No! You can't leave! You have to help me find a way to see Yue!" Sokka grabbed the long brown haired girl by her other arm.
"Sokka! You can't see her! I already told you that like 10 times now!" Katara said and pulled his grip off her.
"Sorry Sokka! I'll help you after I have some fun!" Aang gave him a thumbs up and ran with Katara the Penguin sledging. Sokka was left all alone with a upset pout on his face.
After being depressed for a while, Sokka decided to work on his fighting skills. While training he heard a step in the snow from behind him.
Sokka quickly pulled out with boomerang and threw it towards the direction it came from. A loud 'ouch' came from the stalker.
"Hah!Bullseye!" Sokka yelled out in excitement and ran over to see who it was. "Huh? Hahn?"
"No it's your mom!" The boy yelled in annoyance from being attacked when he didn't even do anything.
"Hey!That wasn't funny, you jerk!" Sokka said and picked up his boomerang. Hahn just laughed and got up.
"What do you even want!"
"I heard you was trying to see Yue so I decided to be nice and give you some intel."
"Huh, really?"
"Well no anymore! You just attacked me for no reason!"
"I thought you was a wild bear!"
"We don't even have bears over here dumbass!"
"Oh right..." Sokka rubbed the back of his neck. Hahn sighed and sat down on a rock. Sokka did the same.
"Sooo?" The two didn't consider each other friends after fighting over Yue for so long, but they did have a little trust in each other.
"The 'special' guest that here, is the prince of the fire nation."
"Huh? The fire nation prince?"
"Yeah, apparently he usually vist the water tribe twice a year." Hahn explained. Sokka have a puzzling look.
"And the chief just lets him?"
"Yeah, I think the royal family trust him since he hasn't done anything harmful to the tribe."
"Why can't I see Yue though then?"
"There's a rumor going around that him and Yue have something going on." Hahn placed a smirk on his face as he spoke.
"WHAT!" Sokka practically jumped in the air in shock.
"I also heard that the Chief is thinking making a deal with the fire nation to get them married."
"NO!NO!NO! Yue is my girlfriend!"
"Yeah but they don't know that." Hahn referred to Sokka private relationship with Yue. No one in the northern water tribe knew Yue was dating Sokka except Hahn.
"This is bad! I have to do something about this!"
"Well that all I have to say." Hahn who was still smirking, got up and started to walk away.
"Wait! Help me! You care for Yue too!"
"Yue is your girlfriend. I refused to marry her so you could get with her. She not my responsibility anymore." And with that Hahn was out of sight, leaving the heart broken southern water tribe boy.
