The sun beamed through my eyelids, heating my skin up, and making me feel really uncomfortable. I shifted a little into some shade, and twisted my head into the soft pillow. However, as I did this a sharp ache ran through my neck. I knew that feeling, which meant George must have snapped my neck last night to get me to go quietly with him.

"Morning, sunshine", Jack nudged my shoulder.

I opened my heavy eyes to see he was holding a cup out to me. The smell of blood instantly caught my attention, as I sat upright ready to take the cup from his hands.

"Thank you", I sipped, loving the sweet warmth of it running down my throat. "I didn't realise how hungry I was."

He smiled a genuine smile, and sat on the bed in front of me, crossing his legs. "You wanna do something fun?"

I was caught off guard by his unexpected question. I couldn't enjoy myself when Klaus was still gone. Was he serious, right now? Where was Klaus, right now?

"Where's Klaus' body?"

Jack frowned, childishly, "Answer my question, and I'll answer yours."

I rolled my eyes to the ceiling. "Of course I don't want to have fun, they still have Klaus. And what exactly happened to our plan last night?"

"George lied to you about the plan so you wouldn't screw it up", he replied without care. "I brought a few films we could watch." He spread them out in between us, I quickly scanned them from The Notebook, Monsters Inc., Fast and Furious, and lastly, Divergent.

I looked back up to him giving him a funny look. "The Notebook? You like that?" I'd never met a guy that liked to watch this film. Ever. My thoughts went to Caroline. I thought back to the night when I was turned, and Caroline made me watch it with her to pass time.

He nodded, eyes wide, and showing a huge grin on his lips. "It's a good film! Haven't you ever seen it? It's a must see!"

I nodded, still in shock, "Yeah, of course I've seen it, but..."

"You wanna watch it now?", he eagerly asked.

"No. I wanna know where Klaus is!"

His smile dropped from his face, and he placed the The Notebook DVD case back onto the bed. Guilt filled my insides, but I didn't regret it. I needed to know if he was safe.

"Klaus is fine. You'll be able to go see him soon."

Relief overflowed me. He was alive. Jack walked to the door in a sulk.

"Jack!"

He peeked over his shoulder, a pout playing on his lips. I held The Notebook up, and waved it a bit. "Wanna stay and watch it with me?"

His lips tilted up and he practically ran back over, and jumped on the other side of the bed. I watched him getting comfortable under the covers, his eyes met mine, "What?"

I sighed, "I take it I'm putting it on, then?" He nodded firmly, but wore a smirk at the same time. I grudgingly left my cosy place on the bed, and set up the film ready to watch.

Klaus' POV

I could work with this body. It was far better than being stuck in that hunter, Alaric's body, that was for sure. However, I still very much preferred my own. Nothing or nobody could beat the strength that lay in my body, and might I say my body was a very handsome one, indeed. I was more than surprised to wake up in the Lockwood boy's body, and in an old looking cellar. I had honestly believed the Scooby gang had successfully gotten rid of me, but who in their right mind would have spared me from that.
