Chapter 2 ~ Why did I have to wear this?

Third Person POV:

Kai is now drinking tea with a British accented White Rabbit Hybrid. He stares at the liquid inside the tea cup in confusion. He looks at the White Rabbit who was almost done with her 12th cup of tea. Since, the tea cups are pretty small. "So~...", the girl looks to Kai with a blank look, "Didn't you say that your realm was in danger?", He asks.

"Oh, yes, yes. But you see they only attack during the night.", she says putting her cup and plate on the little table that's in between them. "They come out at dusk and I brought you here before then because we need to get you a disguise.", she says with a serious face. "A disguise?", Kai cocks an eyebrow. "Yes. This monster has the power to travel through realms and goes to the most popular place of them. They attack where there are powerful heroes to fight them. But they power is unlike anything I've seen before. They can manipulate those heroes they've faced and use them as puppets.", White Rabbit was saddened. "But then why bring me if I can be manipulated by this thing?! How did you even know I was an elemental master if we're from different realms?! And, by the way, what's the name of this realm? You never told me.", Kai's voice goes from an angry panic to a calm but confused tone.

"Well our world is probably one of the weakest realms as you could say. But for some reason they won't leave. They just attack and we don't understand why. So I came to a realm that I thought hasn't been attacked by these creatures and I've heard the humans there say elemental masters or ninja. And...", she stands in a pose like she's an assistant at a magic show. Kai looks confused. "Your in the magically wonderfully wonderous world of Wonderland!", she says with an excited smile. Kai just stares off into the void trying to process what the White Rabbit had just said. "So it's Wonderland?", he asks like he heard the most boring story ever. "Mhm! That's right. Now!", she puts down her pose. "We just need to find the perfect disguise for you...", she fades off as she thinks. Kai just drinks some tea not really caring.

White Rabbit's eyes widened as an idea pops into her head. "I got it!", she yells while snapping her fingers together. Kai opens his left eye looking at her as he finishes his drink. "Alright! Follow me! You can change in my room!", she says as she yanks Kai's arm, making Kai drop his cup of tea and his small plate as well.

~Time Skip~

"WHAT IS THIS?!?!"

"It's a disguise?", Rabbit tells him in question. "Are dresses the only thing you have?! Especially dresses that don't really reach my knees?! And do I really need to wear this head band with the bow?! And the make up?! And these stocking with bows, too?! At least it's red... That I'm okay with", Kai yells at the Hybrid Rabbit.

"Heheh... Sorry. I'm still learning how to make pants...", she sighs. Kai glares at her intensely as he crosses his arms. She just stares at Kai's flaming amber eyes. Kai shuts his eyes and sighs out of annoyance. "Whatever. I think I can manage. I just hope this 'disguise' works.", he points out. "Me too", the rabbit agrees. "So what now?", Kai questions. "Oh! How about I show the people of this realm! They can be really friendly once you get to know them!", she blinks in realization, "Kinda..."

"Uhm, okay then. Since there's nothing better to do. I just hope they don't make fun off me for being in a dress.", Kai mumbles.

~Meanwhile in Ninjago~

The ninja return to the monestary. Zane decided to drive Kai's vehicle since he wasn't there to drive it or leave the food there. While Zane ran to the kitchen to put the bag in the fridge for now, the others run to Wu's room where he is meditating.

Wu is enjoying his meditation... The quiet... The silence... The-

"MASTER WU!!!"

Wu jumps from the loud shouting of his students. They talk and talk over each other and Wu just keeps getting more confused. The only thing he could make out was Kai, Rabbit and food. Wu sighed,"This is going to be a long day...", he says to himself.

~Time Skip~

"So what your saying is that Kai was taken into rabbit hole with a girl with rabbit features?", Wu asks if he got what he got was correct.

"Affirmative", Zane says. Wu hums, stands up and starts stroking his beard while he thinks. His thoughts about a white haired, rabbit hybrid were circling in his mind. Unfortunately, it does not sound that familiar. He sighs. "I am afraid I do not know where Kai could be...", Wu says calmly and softly.

"What?!", the ninja shout in union. "But your supposed to know! Your Sensei! And your old enough to know where Kai is!", Jay says. Wu just gives a tired glare. "I kinda agree with Jay on this one. You've known about many ancient places in Ninjago, realms and yet, you don't know which one Kai is in?", Cole points out.

"But don't forget, Cole. There are 16 realms! I'm pretty sure he wouldn't know ALL of them. Even if he did know would we even get to that realm? It's not like we have anymore travelers tea.", Lloyd stands there quiet then, looks towards Wu, "Do we?"

Wu sighs, "I am afraid Pixal and I have used the last of the Travelers Tea when we were trying to bring you all back from the Never Realm"

"What about the Forbidden Scroll of Spinjitzu?", Nya asks. "Don't we still have that?"

"It is being kept in Borg tower, where they keep any other ancient relics. But the risk of that chance is high. It could still consume the mind of whoever wields it.", Zane says.

"Well there has to be something!", Nya was starting to grow impatient. She just wanted to find her brother already and bring him home.

"Perhaps there is something I could find with Misako in the scroll room. But it might take a while IF I do actually find some information about this White Rabbit Hybrid", Wu states.

They all nodded and left the room. That night was stressful and hard for the ninja to sleep.

~Back at Wonderland~

Kai and White Rabbit are back at her cottage. Rabbit sets up a little bed for Kai to sleep on during his stay. While Kai is in the bathroom cleaning the make up off his face. Once he got out White Rabbit came downstairs a little after. "The bed is ready for you after the mission!", She says happily. Kai nods and grabs his katana. He and Rabbit go out of her cottage into the forest. He keeps his guard up getting ready to slice some monsters. While White Rabbit had her ears down trying to be as quiet as possible.

They both heard a growling sound behind them. Kai went for a quick stop. White Rabbit followed. They both turn slowly to see what's behind them. Then they saw it. A corrupted person from another realm. It kinda looked like... "Morro...", Kai whispers. The Corrupted Morrow turns his head quickly making them jump. He screeches a terrifying sound and another comes out. It looked just like Clouse.

'But they're both dead. They're supposed to be in the departed realm!', Kai thought. That's when it hit him. Those monsters must have been to the departed realm. Kai slightly shakes. While White Rabbit is holding her ears down from the awful sound that Morro made. They ran towards Kai. Kai snapped out of his thoughts and he used his fire to keep them away. But instead it did much more. They were burning. He could easily tell by the painful screeches they were making.

He grabbed White Rabbit's arm and ran deeper into the forest. They ran and ran and stopped as soon as he thought they were far enough. So now he knows their weakness.

"I should've stayed home...", White Rabbit complains. "Well too bad! You decided to come now you face the consequences", Kai tells her. "My ears hurt to from that bloody fridging screech that thing made", I don't think I'll be able to hear for a few days",

'I can tell...', Kai thought to himself. Since he didn't think the poor rabbit heard him.

After another hour they left the forrest. They needed rest. Especially since Kai is going to get all the energy he needs. And train. They finally went to sleep, but Kai couldn't help but feel like he was being watched by something...

A mouth appears. Just smiling with sharp teeth. "Hahaha... Looks like we have a new visitor to Wonderland...", a male voice comes from the mouth as it slowly vanishes.
