"How's my other girl doing?"
"Good. She was feeling greedy today."
"I noticed." Pierce smiled into her hair, noting that Claire slipped and used the term 'she' again. She had been doing it a lot lately. "Is she sleeping now?"
Claire focused and felt a slight movement. "No. Still up, but not having parties right now. Thank God." She placed his hand where she could feel the baby balled up on her left side. The baby kicked and Pierce laughed at the sensation.
"She's strong, huh?"
"You have no idea. You know my mom thinks if it's a girl we should name her Lillian and your mom thinks we should name her Eileen." She looked back at him. He made a face at Eileen and it was Claire's turn to laugh.
"I thought we were waiting on names."
