Chapter 12

Ragini woke up the next day she sighed and went to freshen up. She came out wearing a white knee-length top and black leggings. She dried her hair and looked at herself in the mirror.

"You can do this, Ragini. You and Deepak need each other Ragini. You have to do it." Taking a deep breath Ragini closed her eyes. She took her mobile with nervousness.

On the other hand, everyone in Harsha's family was very excited and happy about Harsha's marriage. Even though this is a flash marriage it made them very happy.

While Harsha was standing in front of the mirror in his room. He looked at himself and adjusted his suit. But suddenly his phone rang. Looking at the screen he frowned.

"Hello! Ragini?" He called out seeing that it is Ragini's call.

"He...Hello Mr. Rajvansh!" Harsha smiled hearing her stuttering. Suddenly his smile vanished and he also felt nervous hearing her voice and didn't say anything.

"I...I am nervous, Mr. Rajvansh." Ragini said biting her bottom lip.

"Miss. Ragini! Don't feel nervous. Its... it's just a marriage. Why are you this nervous?" A smile formed on Ragini's lips.

"Well, I think you are nervous more than me." Hearing Ragini Harsha looked at himself in the mirror and found a few sweat drops on his forehead.

"N...No. I...I am not nervous. It's just that I am getting ready. I will meet you near the court, bye." Saying that he hung up but slapped his forehead thinking that he didn't ask why she called him.

"Harsha we will get late. Come fast." Saying that Mrs. Ravi Rajvansh came into his room and saw her son and smiled

"Whooo. My son is looking so handsome I think Ragini is going to fall head over heels for you." Harsha smiled looking at his mom.

"After all, I am my dad's son." He said deliberately and turned to face his mom but his mom stopped smiling at him.

"Yeah if you take time to get ready like a girl then you will look handsome just like your dad." His mom retorted and shocked Harsha.

"Anyways I came here to tell you that I and your dad are going near Ragini so I can give her accessories for the marriage. You come with others." Harsha nodded his head and his mom left.

After giving himself the last look he went to the main hall and find his family waiting for him. Deepak was looking at him well more like glaring at him crossing his hands. When Harsha raised his eyebrow at him Deepka pointed at his wrist and tapped at his watch.

"Sorry but not sorry," Harsha said sarcastically looking at his son. And Deepak showed his tongue at him.

"Enough with this. Let's go or else we will get late." Mr. Varma said and all left to the court in their respective cars. Harsha and Deepak were in one car and Arjun decided to come with his parents.

Ragini reached court as Mrs. Ravi Rajvansh called there. When Ragini reached there she find Mrs. Ravi Rajvansh waiting for her with someone.

"Hello, aunty." Ragini touched her legs and took her blessings.

"Daughters don't touch feet for blessings in our house, we give blessings like this." Saying that she hugged her. Ragini felt motherly love after so many years.

"This is my husband, Mr. Vishnu Rajvansh. You father-to-be. And mister this is our soon-to-be daughter, Ragini." Ravi Rajvansh introduced them. Ragini tried to take blessing from him by touching his legs but Vishnu stopped her.

"Didn't you hear your mother when she said about taking blessings?" Mr. Vishnu Rajvansh said stopped Ragini from touching his legs and kept a hand on her head and blessed her.

"Thank you, uncle." Ragini felt her father's love from Vishnu Rajvansh which she craved from his father.

"Oh you are going to get married to our son soon and so we are your parent in that way. So, call us mom and dad." Mr. Vishnu Rajvansh said to which Mrs. Ravi Rajvansh also agreed.

"Thank you, mom, dad." Ragini felt different calling them mom and dad.

"Oh my god. Let's go you need to get ready." Saying that Ravi Rajvansh dragged Ragini to the Dressing room in the court.

She helped Ragini to get ready. After helping her she moved back from her.

"Wow...My daughter is looking so beautiful. I asked God for a daughter but he gave me an angel as a daughter." Said Ravi Rajvansh saw Ragini. Her eyes twinkled while looking at Ragini.

"Mom please you are embarrassing me." Ragini was so shy.

"There is nothing to be embarrassed about in fact you need to be proud that you are this beautiful. Let's go we will be late." Saying that Ravi Rajvansh dragged her outside.

When they came out Ragini saw Deepka is with his grandfather and Harsha was on the phone talking to someone.

"Where are the rest?" Ravi Rajvansh asked Vishnu Rajvansh. Deepak saw Ragini who was looking like an angel.

"Mamma," Deepak shouted and ran to her, which shocked his family. They heard him speaking low but now he shouted.

Ragini felt happy and hugged him dearly and kneel to his level.

"How are you Deepak?" Ragini asked but Deepak nodded his head. Ragini looked at him and pecked his forehead.

"I am thinking to call you by a nickname. How will it be if I call you My Baby?." Ragini asked him he nodded his head and pecked her cheek.

Harsha heard Deepak's shouting and turned and saw everything. He saw Deepak and Ragini and a smile formed on his lips. He felt happy in his heart. He felt peace after a long time.

"Harsha where are Arjun, Janki, and Raghu?" Mr. Vishnu Rajvansh came near him and asked.

"They are stuck in the traffic. Arjun said they may not reach on time and aunty asked us to get married in the decided time." Harsha said what Arjun said to him on the phone.

"Oh, we need to get you to married at the decided time Pandit Ji said. Let's ask your mom about this." Mr. Vishnu Rajvansh said and Harsha both went near Ravi Rajvansh and informed him about the situation.

Ravi Rajvansh looked at the time and decide to tie them in a knot at the particular time only.

"Then we need to get them married at that time only. We can wait for them after registering the marriage." Mrs. Ravi Rajvansh made the decision.

"Ragini!" Ragini turned to see Harsha, Vishnu, and Ravi Rajvansh are tense.

"Mom anything wrong?" Ragini asked and held Deepak's hand in her hand.

"Arjun and his parents were stuck in traffic. It's also time for marriage. We want to get you guys married as Pandit Ji gave us a particular time." Ragini thought for a while and nodded her head.
