It was my last day in Queensland, i had spent the last five years of my life here, we rented our house out to an elderly lady for those years, but sadly, she passed away last week.

That means my mother and I have to move back to Melbourne.

The reason we moved to Queensland was because my mother had just got a great job offer here and she had to take it, and i didn't care because of what happened the night of my year six disco.

Luke was my first best friend, first crush, first kiss and sadly my first heartbreak.

After that night, everything changed, i got many piercings in my ears, i got my nose pierced and i wore black eyeliner,i have a tattoo on my left foot of a feather saying 'Trust No One' and another on my right ankle of a heart with a slash through it.

I have never gotten over him, and now to my displeasing we are moving back to Melbourne, where no doubt, i will run into him alot.

I made friends here in QLD and i started to feel better again, that was until my mother found my IPod and printed out those pictures that i took of Luke and I when we were 12.

That was a set back, reminding me of that night he broke my heart really hit home, like i said i never got over it.

I turned 17 last month and as much as i want to forget Luke's birthday is next week, so is Jai's.

My timer finally activated, i was so excited when it lit up on my wrist, but then that happiness went away when it read " 

 8 days 6 hours 5 minutes 26 seconds.

I meet my soul mate in 8 days, i was hoping for much sooner, my friends here met there soul mates within a day of activation, but i guess I'm the odd one out.

I started packing all of my belongings into boxes, i had finished after 2 hours and i was sitting on my carpeted floor staring at my phone screen since i was texting my friends from QLD, Eliza, Victoria and Kristen, they were like sisters to me, but i still didn't trust anyone, even them.

We were in a group chat on Facebook.

Kristen: I cant believe ur leaving tonight! D:

Me: Neither!

Eliza: Im gonna miss u :(

Victoria: Ditto :(

Me: It's okay, you can come visit me in Melbourne!

Kristen: We know that but it wont be the same here w/out u :(

Me: Well think of it this way, you get to stay in Melbourne in two months.

Victoria: Yeah that sounds a bit better

Eliza: Wont it be awkward for u in Melb?

Me: How?

Kristen: He who shall not be named

Me: Ohhh yeah well i'll manage

Victoria: You have to call/text/message us like everyday!

Me: Haha i will, i'll keep you guys up to date with my life okay?

Eliza: Hehe yeah

Me: Well i gotta go, the removalist is here and i have to help :/ cya l8r girlies x

I then logged out of Facebook and slid my phone into my pocket whilst jogging down the steps into the front hall.
