Everlasting | DNF Fanfic

Time Skip about a week later. I know im lazy but filler chapters have to be a thing.

Dream is getting ready for a stream and George isn't acting himself.

Dream: you sure you dont wanna be in the stream?
George: i- im sure. ill just h-hang out downstairs.
Dream: baby whats up your really not acting yourself.
George: i dont know. *lays head on Dream's shoulder*
Dream: cmon at least sit in the other chair and be in the stream
George: Fine.
Dream: Thank you.

Dream gave George a light kiss on the forehead before starting the stream. He turns on his webcam and chooses the category just chatting.  He then pressed "go live" and starts greeting chat.

Dream: hi chat!
Chat: What's up with George? Is George ok? Dnf!!!
George: I'm fine chat

Dream reads off chat and talks about different topics for around half an hour. George was reading chat but there were many hate comments...

Dono: Most men can't remember anniversaries. Do you remember when you two started dating?
Dream: Yes! September 18th.
Chat: ooo that's my birthday! Where's sap? Is George alright???

George buried his face into his knees and started crying having a panic attack after all the hate comments.

Dream: You ok baby?
George: *crying* I dunno...

Dream lifts George onto his lap and runs his fingers through George's hair to calm him down.
(I've never really had to calm anyones panic attack but my own so bear with me here)
George immediately burys his face into Dream's chest trying to get comfortable.

Dream: shhh it's alright baby *rubs George's back*
George: *crying* nobody likes me.
Chat: aww George that's not true
Dream: *reading chat* i like- actually I love you. And chat likes you look.

George looks up quickly before burying his head back into Dream. Thinking quickly, Dream has George list some of his favorite things to keep his mind off it. He has chat join in as well.

Chat: I like dsmp and rain! I like dsmp! My favorite streamer is Ranboo! Mine is Karl!
Dream: see your not terrible George.

George eventually falls asleep in Dream's lap. About 15 minutes later, Dream ends the stream.

*2 hours later*

Dream had been sitting with George in his lap not wanting to wake him as falling asleep after a panic attack was good for him. Eventually, George woke up and lifted his head enough to see what Dream was doing.

Dream: *notices George is awake* Hi sleepy head.
George: hi.
Dream: *looking down at him and smiling* how was your nap?
George: Good ig. Are you still streaming?
Dream: nope. I ended 2 hours ago
George: and you've been sitting here since?
Dream: mhm
George: y-you didn't have to sit for hours just cuz I was asleep.
Dream: but it was good for you and I sit for hours anyway.

Dream gives George a kiss on the forehead before going back to editing his recent manhunt while George watched. They both eventually got up and hung out downstairs before bed.

Dream is sitting on the couch when George comes downstairs. He chooses to sit on Dreams lap and snuggle into him.

Dream: oh morning baby.
George: morning

Dream doesn't question George just climbing into his lap and eventually puts down his phone and reaches for his Xbox controller choosing to play rocket league.

George: *laughing as Dream crashes and keeps losing* Dream you suck.
Dream: well I play minecraft for a living this just beats bordem.
George: so me being here doesn't?
Dream: I- nevermind
George: whatever clay.
*insert Dream giggle*

George and Dream act like this all day playing the Xbox while cuddling. Eventually they order a pizza. Dream ends up giving up his hoodie cuz George is cold despite being in Dream's arms. That night they wind up falling asleep on the couch.

*the next morning*

George wakes up to find Dream isn't there. He looks around and realizes Dream is making breakfast. George chooses to pretend to be sleeping still. Unexpectedly, when Dream comes back he lifts George back onto his lap and George is fighting the urge not to smile.

Sapnap: Alright lovebirds imma go pick up Karl from the airport. You made food for George too?
Dream: yeah why not? I'll prob wake him up before it gets cold anyway.
Sapnap: Alright anyway I'm prob gonna hang out with Karl all day before coming home so have fun with your boyfriend. Bye
Dream: bye.

As soon as Sapnap leaves, George wakes up.

Dream: hello :)
George: *staring into dreams eyes* hi

Just then, after staring into the burnet's eyes for what felt like hours, Dream leaned in and they kissed for a short, but sweet moment.

Dream: so what do you wanna do since saps gone?
George: idk.

They wind up playing minecraft for hours until they've moved back downstairs on the couch. George was laying on Dream's shoulder watching TikTok with him when sapnap and Karl came in.

Karl: what the honk you didn't tell me they were together.
Sapnap: oops uh yeah.
Dream: sapnap how did you forget to tell him dnf is a thing now?
Sapnap: I dunno
Karl: so i think I knew this information but i thought they were joking.
George: not this time

That night they play truth or dare all together and they all get a laugh out of each other. Dream gets the dare however to pretend to propose to George.

Dream: *bends down on both knees* GEORGE MARRY ME OR DIE. *sticks up middle finger instead of ring*
George: I CHOOSE DEATH
Dream: FINE THEN *smacks George on the arm*

George falls to the floor like he has died and everyone immediately starts in uncontrollable laughter. When they're done, they quit playing truth or dare and attempt to have a normal conversation.

Karl: ok but fr would you marry Dream if he asked George?
George: idk probably.
Sapnap: I bet you Dream proposes cuz George is the bottom
*insert Dream wheeze*

Sapnap and Karl eventually go upstairs to bed and Dream and George spend another night on the couch.
