"Karl!" George shouted as he opened the door to a brunet in his classic Karl hoodie. Karl smiled and giggled before stepping in with his bag, hugging the other brunet. Sapnap came running down the stairs with a big smile.

"Karl!"

"Nick!" Karl giggled, dropping his bags and sprinting toward the man, diving into his arms. Sap was a bit shorter than Karl making his face plant right into the man's chest. George watched as they stayed in each other's warmth. He chuckled and picked up Karl's bags helping him get settled in Sapnaps room.

"You don't mind me staying in here..right?" Karl asked as Sapnap helped unpack. He shook his head.

"I don't want you on the couch, it gets really uncomfortable." Sapnap chuckled. Karl giggled.

"Wheres Dream?"

"Oh, he's at work."

"Since when did he have a job?"

"Since like- I don't know." Karl giggled and laid back on the bed sighing.

"You tired?"

"Yes. Very."

"Tsk, so take a nap. I'll be downstairs with George probably editing."

"Okay, thanks Nick."

"No problem." Sapnap said before exiting the room leaving Karl alone laying on the bed.

Later

"Hey, nothing broken?" Dream teased as he walked in the house immediately pulling off his coat and his shoes. George slid across the hall with a smile and fell into Dream who fell back against the door. George looked up at Dream with a concerned look.

"Babe, you look pale.."

Dream smiled and shook his head. He kept his head down and his eyes half closed as he slowly made his way to his room. He followed close behind and shut the door when he walked into their room.

"Clay, do you not feel good?"

Dream didn't answer. He kept his back turned as he removed his clothes almost passing out and having to grab onto something. George just stood there not knowing whether to leave him, yell at him or help him. Dream groaned and placed his hand over his head as he tossed his clothes into the hamper. George stood at the window looking out before closing them, thank god for black out curtains. He heard dream let out a rasp cough and then groan. He turned around and Dream was laid in the middle of the bed on his back with his sleeved rolled up and his arm draped over his forehead.

"Clay, come on." George spoke softly as he sat down next to him and lifted his head and shifting a bit to place his head on his thigh. Dream let out groans and strong breaths.

"I'm fine babe-"

"No you're not, your voice is raspy and scratchy, you're coughing, you're pale, and you're burning up."

Dream felt defeated, he just sighed which turned into a cracked cough. George placed his hands on his forehead and cheeks.

"Holy fucking hell, Dream you're like burning."

Dream only chuckled which turned into a cough. George sighed and propped dream up and quickly pulled off his shirt before laying him back down.

"I'll be right back, I'm going to get you something things. Don't move Clay, I mean it."

Dream raised his thumb up before the boy left. When he returned he had a wet rag, glass of water and a bottle of pain relief. He first turned on the fan then propped Dream up and laid the cold rag on his head earning a sigh from the blond. He sat on the edge and held his hand out. Dream took the pills out of his hand and threw them into his mouth, quickly taking a sip of water to wash it down.
