Young Sapphirius Prime was chilling in the Core due to her overprotective dad (Gods am I right?). Sitting on the edge on his spark letting their bond flow as father and daughter enjoyed each other's presence.
Yes, her Sire liked to cuddle, but only with her. She's the youngest. It's how the youngest to oldest hierarchy goes. And she was very flighty when first meeting her Sire.
"I swear to god, these two cuddle so damn much! Can't I have some time with my sister?!" Evan asked walking into the Core with Optimus. "This is new to us all, but you must realize that you've been with your sister ever since she was a youngling. Primus is catching up on much needed fathering." Optimus said lightly.
Evan sighed. "I... understand but why? Why now? I thought Ellie would never know her birth father." Optimus grimaced.
"Primus loved her very much. He had to send her away so my arch enemy would never find her. It was hard on him." Optimus told him. "Why involve Ellie in a war?" Evan questioned. The Cores chamber got tenser with tension as Primus listened in.
"Young man. You don't seem to understand. Your sister "Ellie" isn't fun Earth. She's a Spark sent from Cybertron. She was sent by Primus to Earth. Yes. She was born there but in reality, Cybertron was always her actual home." Optimus said. Evan looked at Optimus with saddened eyes. "So your telling, she isn't my sister?" He asked. "That's not what I'm saying at all. Your not accepting the fact that Primus hasn't seen her in Eons. A very long time in your terms. Your going to have to get used to your sister being Primus "emotional support human" or as some of my men call it." Optimus told Evan.
"Wow. I just didn't think this would happen so...fast." Evan told Optimus. "I did." Optimus bluntly replied. Evan glared at Evan. "How?" Evan growled. "I'm her Cybertronian brother even if she didn't say much to me." Optimus said saddened. Primus furrowed an optic ridge at his son before nuzzling his daughter more wondering what else was going to be said. "Dad, don't worry about my human brother. He's just accepting the fact that I'm a gods daughter." His daughter murmured.
"So can I see my sister?" Asked Evan. "Negative." Optimus replied. "Why?" Evans sister cut in before her brother could reply. "Because Primus gets clingy and when he gets clingy he won't let me go for at least 14hours and he's uh...feeding me... and it's not what you think." Sapphirius replied.
"What he a vampire?" Teased Evan. "No... what's a vampire?" Asked Optimus. "Oh boy. This is not going to end well..." Sapphirius sighed. Optimus looked at his sister, than his god then to his sister's human brother. "You see, she's not used to Energon, and she needs Energon to survive as a techno organic and all so for the next couple of months Sapphirius needs to come here for 14 hours to be uh physically fed by her Sire until her body is used to processing Energon on her own. It's a long embarrassing process." Optimus said.
"Feeding her how..." Evan asked. "Evan. Sometimes you ask too many questions, your going to regret asking Optimus that. You don't really want to know..." Sapphirius told Evan. "I do in fact. I'm older than you." Evan told him. Primus chuckled. "That's... That's amusing. Really boy. You come in here unannounced and tell your sister that your older than her." Primus bemused to the redhead human.
"Seriously, um, how is she fed?" Evan said ignoring Primus's input. Optimus sighed. "The stomach part where her umbilical cord used to be, Primus attaches a tube to that. It's only for the first couple months..." Optimus said spacing out his words since it was an awkward subject to talk about. Evan stared blankly at Optimus. "He's doing what now?" Evan said slowly. "You heard me." Optimus replied.
"But why can't I see her while Primus is doing this?" Asked Evan. "Wouldn't it be a bit awkward to see your sister like this? It's done this way. You'll have your chances after her body is acclimated to Energon and won't be reliant on Primus for getting her used to Energon." Optimus said.
"What happened the first time she tried Energon?" Evan asked the elder Prime. "We don't talk about that. I'll just say Primus managed to soothe her stomach into accepting the strange substance." Optimus said. Evan awkwardly looked at the Prime. "Right..." He replied.
"Do you uh want to go out for coffee?" Asked Evan. "Of course. Sapphirius spoke highly of this "coffee" she says it nourishes the soul. And can keep you up. Which will come useful for when Moonpheonix and I need to have some time to ourselves..." Optimus bemused hoping that the younger Prime heard.
"Optimus! That was one time when my telepathic ability was undeveloped! You can't hold this against me!" Sapphirius complained. "Undeveloped or not, that gave you no reason to go into my mates mind. Good luck with your mind and soul bond Sapphirius. It's the last phase our god claiming you as his. If anyone hurts you...he will offline them." Evan looked aghast at Optimus. Optimus lowered his vocal chords down so that only Primus could hear them. "Sapphirius or Ellie will be fine. Our culture is different than yours. So while this might not be normal in your standards. It is in ours. Unlike your other Greek gods that seem to ignore their children, Primus does not. Todd was his intended plan all along. Let us leave them alone, yes?"
Evan glanced one last time at the Core before walking out with Optimus. Optimus smelled the last remnants of fear in his little sisters healing phase then glancing at her before speaking brisk Language of the Primes. "Calm down little sister. It is time you embraced your destiny. It is going to be alright. Till All Are One." Then Optimus manually closed the chamber doors and doing an override lock. Evan had already left for his home but Optimus hated lying to his sister.
The real reason he had left his sister in a powerful soul and mind connection was because another battle was about to commence. Sapphirius knew about it but she was too ill trained too fight a combiner. He had lied about the part where Primus was doing that to force remnants of her traumatizing past out. He had already done that when she had been sleeping.
A portion of him would dig past her usual skeletal layer and into the gooey warm layers of her soul. Drawing her soul more near to him and making warmth and love spread throughout her frame like a wildfire. Enough to calm her down and with enough strength to keep her down, drowsy and at bay.She would not sleep though because of the electrical enigma and connection but it would keep her drowsy. Optimus knew how this soul bind worked. Primus had told him so he would not worry and on some occasions when the battle was slow, he would join but until then he would leave the reconciling father and daughter alone.
Mainly out of respect and love for his dad and little sister.
