"Are you guys ready?" I yelled as I readjusted the phone's position. Yeah,we are about to do a live stream video.

"Coming Honey" my dad answered.

Yesterday,my dad came back before I was back. He found out that I went on a date with Kevin and now we are dating. He did gave his consent but not without giving loads of warnings.
  Funnily enough,Anne came by and apologized for being a coward...she wanted to be friends but I told her to give me some time... she needs to gain my trust and prove her loyalty.

"We can start now" Cassie urged and now we are live.

"Hello everyone,we are doing this to clarify some things and stop the spread of some rumors. I am Cassie Ann Mickelson whose stage name is hoodie 8. At my left and right hand sides are my husband and daughter. Though Heaven and I weren't on good terms from the start, things have changed. They were the perfect family before Taylor Mickelson passed away..."

I hung my head low at the mention of my mum. I miss her though.
Her smiles and her pouts when she wants me to do what she wants.

"...yes,my wife here has said all I would have said. We are still that perfect family." My dad added and they turned to me giving the look that says 'go ahead'

"I started off on a rough patch with my stepmom. You wouldn't blame me,it was hard accepting a new stepmom when the memory of my mum is still fresh in my mind. When she tried to be nice,I took it on her always throwing fits and that's how we started up as enemies. However,I thought I will find solace from my friend but she proved to be unworthy. Right! I didn't tell her about my mum but I have the right to decide if I should tell her or not. Later,she found out that Cassie was not my real mom so she got annoyed and even refused my apology...what more should I do,sweat out blood.
She called off our friendship and started badmouthing my family.

Even if Cassie is not my biological mom,she is my mother by law. I miss my mum at times but that doesn't mean I wouldn't move on..I have to let the past go so from today onwards Cassie is my mum so rumors of any kind should stop. We make up a strong family no matter what happens,we are always there for each other."
I ended up with a smile before giving my parents a big hug...yep,my parents and they reciprocated with a bigger hug.
Things are working out well, aren't they?.

A lot has really happened...a lot has.
Going back to school,I was accorded the deserved respect and I resumed being the sweetest student. After some days,I decided to give Anne a chance and now we are BFF...we made it official three months ago...I'm more cautious now. We made up some rules that we would like the other to accept...I gave her only one rule which was 'do not ask me family questions except if I want to tell you' and we are totally cool.

Well Abby tried getting back with me but I gave her my answer. "Nahhhh .. I've boarded a BFF train with Anne and you know that I like only having one best friend. So,let just say the space is filled up,bitch". You should have the look on her face.

Kevin is still the bestest boyfriend and I'm damn lucky to have him. He makes me feel I'm the sweetest girl on Earth. He is still nervous at times and looks cute when scratching his hair might I add.

Cassie and Greg and the bestest parents ever. I'm damn lucky to have them as parents.

There are two good news I want to let you know.
First,I'm going to the university in the next one month alongside with Anne...we are studying the same course... shit I applied for another course,she doesn't know. Fuck! I haven't told her yet,she is going to flip but we will still see each other and might even share same dorm room. Remind to tell her that later on.
Second,my mum is pregnant with a child...a girl. You don't know how estatic I am to have a fucking sister. I just can't wait for her to be born into this freaking world.
