Haseena and Karishma entered thana one after the other and as soon as both of them entered, all the staff members got alerted.

After wishing each other salutations, Santosh ran towards Karishma, "aap theek hain, Karishma madam. Kal to aap ne humain dara hi diya tha, aapko Pata hai...Hum sub kitne pareshan ho gaye the. Aur aap ke hath ko kya hua tha?" She asked all of her questions in one breath.

"Are Santosh saans to lelo, kuch nahi hua tha humain. Bas ek case per kam kar rahe the, wohi nahi sulaj raha tha. Lekin ab sulaj gaya hai," she said while peeking at Haseena.

Santo just nodded at her response. Nevertheless, Pushpa Ji couldn't hold herself inquiring about the reason behind Karishma's swollen lip.

Karishma and Haseena looked at each other in surprise. However, Haseena covered her face with a palm to hide her smile while; on the other hand, Karishma struggled to come up with an appropriate reason, "Hamra zindagi se sambandh Kharab chal raha tha. Abb kuch behtar ho gaya hai," she said in a casual tone.

Pushpa Ji and Santosh looked at each other with a questioning look.

Pushpa Ji was about to ask something more when Haseena intervened, "Bas bahut ho gaye yeh sawal Jawab. Sab se badi baat yeh Hai ke Karishma Singh theek hai aur Hamare saath hain."

Pushpa Ji and Santosh both shook their heads in agreement. Haseena looked around and after not finding the cheetah, she asked, "where he was?"

"Bus a hi Raha...Madam Sir," Santosh responded quickly.

"Jai Hind!" Cheetah entered the station.

"Jai Hind!" Haseena responded, "Cheetah Chaturvedi kitni baar bola hai aap ko ke time per thana main aye, yeh last warning hai app ki."

Cheetah just lowered his head in embarrassment without saying anything.

"Dispersed!" Haseena announced and everyone moved back to their desks.

Around 1:00 Pm

Karishma entered Haseena's cabin and knocked at Haseena's desk with her knuckles, to get her attention. Haseena, who was engrossed in the file, looked at Karishma for a second with a smile and then diverted her attention back to the file, "Ji Khaye. Hum sun rahe hain."

"Woh Hum pochna cha rahe the," she uttered while fidgeting with her hands, "woh hum aap se khane ke bare ma pochne aye the. Aap ne subah se kuch bhi nahi khaya, Sab Khana Kha rahe hain toh aap bhi aa jaye."

"Dhekye!" Haseena was about to say something, but stopped when she saw Pushpa Ji entering in her cabin, "Sahi to keh rahi Karishma madam, ajaye, Khana Kha lijiye. Kam to hota rahe ga."

This time Haseena didn't argue much and came out of the cabin followed by Pushpa Ji and Karishma. She noticed Karishma, eyeing thank you to Pushpa Ji who just smiled back at her. All of them had their lunch together in a light environment while sharing their food with each other.

Around 4:00 Pm

Karishma entered Haseena's cabin once again while holding two teacups in her hand. "Madam Sir! Chai," Karishma placed Haseena's cup on the desk. She just said, "thank you," without looking back at Karishma.

Karishma cleared her throat to get Haseena's attention, "Madam Sir! Aap humein ignore kar rahi hai?" Karishma inquired in a serious tone.

Haseena was so engrossed in the file that she didn't hear anything. This time, Karishma knocked at Haseena's desk to get her attention. She looked at her in bewilderment while still trying to find something in the file, "Ji...Ji...Kuch Keh Rahi thi aap?" she asked in a confused manner while scratching her temple.
