After hanging up on Haseena's call, she tried to sleep but she found herself dwelling in their past, once again.

Karishma was getting ready for college when Haseena woke up, the next morning. She saw Haseena move towards the bathroom to get ready for the day without acknowledging her presence. But, before Haseena could move a little further away from the bed, she felt lightheaded and fell on the bed. Karishma, who was keeping an eye on her every move since the time she woke up, ran towards Haseena.

"Aap Theek hain Haseena?" she asked while trying to check her temperature.

"Don't you dare. Keep your hands to yourself," she said in order to stop Karishma's hand which was moving towards her temple.

"Dhekye! Aap ki tabiyat theek nahi lag rahi hai, humain, check karne dijiye, please," she said worriedly while looking at her.

Haseena looked at her confusingly first, then her expression changed from annoyance to a raging bull."Karishma Singh, you are an impulsive, ill-mannered, insensitive, and insolent person. I haven't forgotten your behavior from the other night, so just drop this act of kindness in front of me and get going," she uttered in an uneven breath.

After saying that she didn't wait for Karishma's response, she got up from her bed and made an effort to walk towards the bathroom once again. She had just taken a few steps when she felt dizzy again and before she could fall, Karishma who was standing right behind her held her from her shoulder. As soon as Haseena's back hit Karishma's front, she lost consciousness. Karishma moved her hands around Haseena's waist and clasped them together to hold her tightly and dragged her to the bed. She checked Haseena's temperature, "Are, inko to bohat taeez bukhar hai." As a result of that, she ran out of the room, and with the help of another girl, she informed the warden about Haseena's condition.

After some time the warden entered their room with a doctor, Karishma, who was pacing around impatiently, ran towards the doctor and asked him to check on her because she had been passed out for more than forty-five minutes.

The doctor checked Haseena and informed them, she was running a very high fever and that's why she was unable to regain her consciousness. "Jase hi...inka bukhar kum hota hai toh yeh hosh mein aa jaye gi. Yeh, mein kuch medicines likh ker de raha hoo toh please app inko manga va li jiye aur agar sham taq inki halat mein koi behtari na aaye to phir mujhe call kijiye," he said while handing over the prescription to Karishma.

She took the prescription from the doctor and asked the warden if she can drop off the doctor because she is going out to get the medicine and some food for Haseena.

"Hmmm," The warden said.

Before going out, she asked the warden if she could stay in their room until she came back.

The warden nodded positively and Karishma came out from the room with the doctor. After bidding goodbye to the doctor, she ran towards the pharmacy to collect medicine.

"Aree...bohat jaldi a gayi," the warden said after looking at Karishma who just came back in thirty minutes with a few shopping bags. She placed her hand on Karishma's shoulder as she started to move out, "Bohat achi dost hain aap."

Karishma didn't respond to the warden, she just nodded her head with a slight smile.

After placing all of the shopping bags on her bed, she went into the bathroom to change into something comfortable. She pulled a chair and sat across from Haseena's bed with a bowl of cold water on the side table. She dampened the cloth strip and started placing it on Haseena's forehead in the hope of her fever going down.
