Haseena arrived at the station around 11:00 am after her doctor's appointment. At her arrival, Pushpa Ji ran to her and asked her the reason for the sprain.

After hearing Puspa Ji's voice Santosh also approached them.

In Haseena's Cabin

Haseena looked at her and while continuing to stare at her face, she asked, Aap ko is se Kya faraq padata hai, Karishma Singh?

Faraq Padata hai to poch rahe hain, na, Karishma responded with agitation in her voice.

Karishma entered Haseena's cabin once again when Pushpa Ji and Santosh both were out with cheetah and Billu on lunch.
