Daren kept glancing around warily to make sure Nathaniel hadn't been following us. But the only people there were the shoppers, just normal shoppers. We walked out of the shopping mall in silence, I checked the smell of each car to see which one was Nathaniels, it suprised me how modern it was. I had been expecting some ancient miny or something, it was quite the opposite. Red and sleek it looked like the kind of car a movie star should have. It even had the black tinted windows. One thing that confused me though was the fact he wasn't in it. I guessed he wasn't doing some shopping so what was he doing?

Nudging Daren I nodded towards the car. His eyes narrowed to slits, he closed his eyes for a moment then grabbed my wrist and pulled my quickly across the road. Once we had rounded the corner so no one could see us we started to run back to my house. If I had been normal I would have been panting and my heart would have been pounding but I wasn't normal. We flew through the streets, past the little cottages, past the fields and past the golden forests soon we were at my front door. Shoving the key in the lock I ripped my phone out of my pocket. Sure that I had Tanyas number I scrolled through my contacts while I opened the door, when I found her number called her.

Ring, ring, ring...

I tapped my foot in impatiance. A cheery voice answered the phone.

"Hi, who is it speaking?" Running up the narrow staircase to pack my things I said.

"It's me Diana, look I have to leave the house for a while, would you be able to set my acount so it sends the money to your acount so you can pay the bills?" Completely oblivious to the fact that anything was wrong Tanya answered in the same cheery voice as before.

"Yeh sure, I'll do it in a minute, see you later!"

"Bye!" I said before ending the call. We both knew each others acount numbers from others times when we had been away. That was one thing I liked about her, she didn't ask questions. Crouched down on the floor I reached under my bed for my black back pack, all I felt was soft carpet brushing against my fingers so I layed down on the floor. I could see the back pack was near the back of the bed. Streching my arm out as far as it would go I managed to reach the strap on the side of the bag. I pulled it out and threw it on the bed. Then I rummaged through my draws and tossed some clothes onto the bed, seven tops a skirt a pair of jeans and some underwear was all I needed. On second thought I didn't need the skirt so I left it on the bed.
