Sunlight peeps through the white curtains as it directly hits Jiwoo's face. She groggily lifts her head and squints her eyes open to see its already morning.
Reaching over to grab her phone, she sees its only 9:30 and remembers its her day off. Its the only day she has off from works this whole week and she's going to take advantage of it.
Jiwoo drags herself out of bed and makes her way into the bathroom. The accountant washes up as she thinks about what to do today. There weren't a lot of things for her to do because she would rather hang out with friends but they're not available.
She heads back out to change into a decent outfit. What she picked out was a light pink sweater with blue jeans and some regular converse. It was simple yet comfortable for her as she didn't like to overdress for a day off.
Finishing changing, Jiwoo grabs her phone and walks out of her bedroom to the kitchen. She goes up to the counter to make a fresh pot of coffee for herself because she needs the caffeine.
From everything that happened yesterday, she couldn't sleep at all. Jiwoo kept tossing and turning in her bed until finally falling asleep around 4am. She felt a bit stressed with what Haseul told the crew and the almost fight that happened.
As Jiwoo reflects back to last night, a soft knock on the door startles her. She didn't call anyone to come over or order anything from online so she became alert.
Getting up quietly, Jiwoo tiptoes to the door and checks the peep hole. The person on the other side stands there holding a plastic bag and Jiwoo recognizes them.
She opens the door "What the? Yves unnie, what are you doing here?" Her eyes were a bit big seeing the older who makes her confused about her feelings for her.
Wearing a smile, Yves holds up the bag "I brought breakfast and I know its your day off so...can I come in?" She asks and points inside of the apartment.
Jiwoo opens the door wider for her to enter "Of course, come in" The older walks in and heads towards the kitchen as she already knows the layout of this place.
To be frank, the two have been talking without anyone in the crew knowing. Its not bad but they said if their relationship grows into something greater, then they'll tell them. The other day when the crew didn't meet, Jiwoo invited Yves over to have dinner and a movie marathon with her.
Shutting the door, Jiwoo calms her heart beat before following the older into the kitchen. Yves had set the bag down on the counter and took out two take-out boxes from it to place them on the dining table.
"I'm making coffee, do you want some?" Jiwoo questions and opens the cabinet to grab two mugs.
Yves nods "Yea please, you already know how I like mine" She says while preparing their breakfast at the table.
Serving the coffee for them, the younger opens the fridge to grab the creamer and pours some into their hot beverage. They were quiet but it wasn't an awkward type quiet, more like a comfortable silence.
The older finished setting the table and takes a seat as the younger walks up to set their cups of coffee down. Yves thanks her as Jiwoo pulls out her chair and sits down beside her.
"I thought you had to work today? Is the shop closed?" Jiwoo asks and takes a bite of her eggs.
Taking a sip of her coffee, Yves smiles "Yea we always close on Sundays like the banks. I was gonna go with Jinsoul to the store but she decided to go by herself earlier" Her shoulders move in a shrug as she begins to eat.
The younger nods her head "Ah okay, I thought you would be busy today thats why I didn't text you last night to see if you wanted to do something" She tells her and a slight blush spreads across her cheeks.
