(TW: Blood & Violence)
Fours hours is supposed to feel like a long time but surprisingly, the girls arrived to the island much faster. It's still dark outside as it's four in the morning and the air was getting a little colder than they thought it would be.
As they get closer to the island, Captain Choi told Haseul to wake up the girls so they can quickly get ready for the rescue mission. The girls woke up one by one and changed into some light athletic clothing they'll be able to move around in.
The former detective also changed her clothes and put on a black long sleeve compression shirt with tight-fitted black jeans and her hair is tied up into a ponytail. She made her way back into the main salon and double checked the bag to make sure they had everything they need to save the girls and get out of the villa alive.
Walking up the stairs, Yeojin noticed her cousin fiddling around with the equipment in the bag and went to take a seat on the bench "Yo unnie, are you gonna bring some explosives or something?" She asked the older, crossing her legs and leaning back into her seat while wearing a dark blue short-sleeved compression shirt and black jeans.
"Yup" Haseul pulled out a grenade and showed it to her cousin without turning around before placing it back into the bag.
The younger mechanic snorted at how prepared her cousin is "This mission is gonna be fun" She said with a grin and placed her arms behind her head.
Hyunjin appeared out of nowhere, wearing a white long sleeve shirt and black jeans "Swimming through a long ass tunnel where sharks live is not fun" She voiced out, striding over to the bench and taking a seat beside the younger.
"Sharks are fun to play with. They're just like big dogs who want their owner's attention" Yeojin stated as if she's swam with sharks before.
Looking at the younger with a puzzled expression, the hitwoman raised her eyebrow and sat up in her seat "Why do I feel like you've played with sharks before?" A smile wanted to creep up on her lips, having a feeling the younger isn't going to say 'no' to her question.
"Because I have with Sooyoung and Jinsoul unnie. We went to the beach last year and found a couple of sharks close by. Jinsoul unnie wanted to pet one and we didn't let her but the sharks were really friendly, so we swam with them for a bit before they went away" The younger mechanic answered, sitting up in her seat and putting her arms on the table.
"Um...at least you guys didn't get bit, so that's cool" Hyunjin said before giving the younger a fist bump for doing something not a lot of people can do.
Entering the main salon, Gowon made her way over to the table, along with the barista and sat down in front of her computer screen "You guys ready for this suicide mission?" She questioned them with a smirk playing on her lips as she had on a maroon long sleeve shirt and regular jeans.
The former detective stood up from being crouched down and looked at them "It's not a suicide mission, we're gonna live. I know my plan is fucking dangerous but we can do it. We literally just took $26.5 billion from a bank, do you really think we can't save the girls?" Her eyebrow rose as her lips curled up into a small grin.
"Oh we can save the girls, we just can't seem to stay alive all the time" Hyejoo spoke up, sitting beside the younger mechanic as the older mechanic and accountant walked into the main salon "Look at us, you just had surgery and almost died, Yeo's ankle is sprained, Yves unnie's ankle is also sprained, Hyunjin unnie got shot in the arm, Gowon unnie is hurt, I'm hurt, even Cap is hurt! His knee's broken and he got stabbed in the damn shoulder!" They were slightly shocked at her outburst and realized how bad their luck has been these past few weeks "Jiwoo unnie is the only one out of all of us who doesn't even have a scratch on her and she hasn't even done the hard work, no offense" The accountant nodded in understanding "Look, I'm not saying we're not gonna save the girls, all I'm saying is...are you sure we're going to make it out alive? Because from what I can tell, we probably won't. We're supposed to be high-class criminals with advanced expertise and intelligence beyond compare but in reality, we're just some low-level girls with criminal records because our childhood wasn't memorable" She finished speaking her thoughts about the mission while wearing a black long sleeve shirt and black jeans.
