"Come on, s/n, let's go."

"Wait, mommy this is the teacher I was talking about! The one who I look similar to and is really fun to be around. I'm his favorite student too!" He says and I look up to see none other than the man himself.

"Sugawara-san." I say.

"Y/N." He says.

"Mommy do you already know Sugawara Sensei?" My son asks.

"Yeah I sure do baby. But we don't have time to talk so come on baby, let's go." I grabbed s/n's hand and we began walking out of the school.

"Wait! Y/N please!" He shouts as he chases us out of the school and to the car. I get s/n's in his car seat and as I turn, I see Sugawara still trailing behind us. I walk over to him just so that s/n wouldn't hear the conversation after turning on the car and playing his favorite show.

"Sugawara-san, what do you want? I really need to go." I say as he catches his breath.

"Look, I know what I said was very uncalled for but I've changed. I miss you! I miss us! I want to be with you and s/n. I want him to know I'm his father. I don't want him to think all these other people you are with are his father! I want him to know it's me." He says and grabs a hold of my hands. I snatch my hands away and have an angry look on my face.

"Are you serious?! After everything I had to go through, you all of a sudden want to be apart of his life?! Sugawara you waited five years! I've waited for you for five years! You never-"

"That's because I thought you were still mad at me! After s/n turned a year old, I realized I had messed up! The boys kept telling me not to talk to you since you were still mad at me anytime I brought up how I wanted you back! I decided to respect your wishes instead of potentially making things worse! Please forgive me Sugar! I miss you so much." He says and drops to his knees. I stand there in complete shock. I sigh and kneel down to him.

"You called me Sugar. Sugawara-san, are you truly still in love with me?" I say and he nods.

"I always have been and I always will be." He says.

"Okay. I'm still not a hundred percent sure about this but I will allow you to be a part of s/n's life. That doesn't mean I forgive you. You will have to work hard in order for that. We're gonna have to take it slow. How about tomorrow you come for dinner and we will tell s/n that your his father and everything?" I explain and he nods.

"I'd love that." He says and hugs me.

"Sugawara-san." I say and he pulls away.

"I'm sorry. I just got excited." We get up and I sigh.

"I really hope you don't make me regret this." I say and he shakes his head.

"You won't. Trust me. I'll see you tomorrow. What time should I be over?" He asks.

"Around six thirty." I say and he nods.

"Alright, I'll be there." We parted away but not before I heard him faintly whispered something as I was walking away but still close enough to hear. "I love you, Sugar."

I get into the car and drive off. My head was in such a spiral that I couldn't think straight. We made it home and to my surprise, Tetsurō and Kōtarō were there waiting for me. I get my son out as soon as we parked and he ran up to them.

"Oji-chan Tetsu! Oji-chan Tarō! What are you guys doing here?" S/N asks.

"What? Didn't want us to come over?" Kōtarō says and s/n shakes his head.
