Chapter Fourteen

It's been a couple weeks now and it was the day before I head back onto the road. I hate doing this since I make it so hard on us but Kōshi is so supportive of me. I haven't been feeling well lately and I thought it would've been the flu but it just wasn't fitting right with my symptoms. I decided to go to the hospital to get it checked out. I brought Tobio and Shōyō with me since I didn't want to go alone and they didn't have club activities today.

"What do you think it is?" Shōyō asks and I shrug.

"I'm not sure. Hopefully it isn't anything too bad." I say and Tobio sighs.

"What's with the sigh?"

"Nothing. I just, I want to know what is making you so sick. You don't get sick often so it worries me." He explains.

"Awe! Tobio-kun is worried about his sister! How cute!" Shōyō says and Tobio flicks him in the forehead.

"Shut up." He says and blushes. We walked into the hospital and I checked in. We waited for a bit and after a while, they called me back. We went back and did the things like vitals, height, and weight. Once all that was done, they finally got to the main point.

"Alright, so what exactly seems to be the problem?" The doctor asks.

"Well, I've been feeling body aches lately. My stomach will hardly let me keep anything down. I've been going to the bathroom a lot more. My mood has been just off the charts lately." I explain everything and she begins to write down everything but stops. She looks up at me and then grabs a cup from the cupboard.

"What I'll have you do is pee in the cup and once you're done, leave it there. I will go get it and I will run some tests. Can you do that for me?" She asks and I nod. I do as she says and walk back into the room. We all sat there waiting for her to come back as I scrolled on twitter and any other social media platform.

"Wow, they already know I'm at the doctors office. I swear I have stalkers." I say and Shōyō giggles.

"Sorry, I just tweeted a picture of Tobio and I saying we were here with you. I was going to tweet a picture earlier but we were talking and I got distracted so I did it now." Shōyō explains and I sigh.

"Well, that explains that but the statement still stands, I wonder if I have stalkers." I explain and Tobio scoffs.

"Not with me as your brother." I laugh and we heard a knock on the door. I say a soft "come in" and the doctor had walked in.

"Okay so we got your results. I tested everything and you came negative for everything except for one." She explains.

"Which one?" I say.

"Congratulations. You are pregnant." She says and smiles softly.

"I-I'm sorry what?" I say with a bit of confusion.

"You're pregnant. Every other test came out negative but this one. It looks likes your due date would be around...June 20. Make sure you go and make an appointment for your first months check up. Nothing else for today. Once again, congratulations." She says and walks out. I stay there in shock and Tobio sighs.

"I thought it was that." He says and grabs my bag. "Let's go. We have to tell Sugawara-san."

I nod and get up. We walked out not bothering to make an appointment since I won't be here. I'll just let my manager know and he can have a nurse come along with us. I snapped out of my trance after we got into the car. I was in the back and Shōyō and Tobio were up front.

"How are you going to tell him? You're leaving tonight after all." Tobio says and I sigh.

"I..I don't know. We didn't really talk about kids before. But," I wrap my arms around my stomach with a small smile. "I'm so happy. I'm gonna be a mother and you guys are gonna be their uncles."
