Food for Christmas - December 2021

Theo was glaring at you from across the room. He had been trying for weeks to find out what gifts that you wanted. He had tried subtlety; he had tried inviting you to the nearby mall so that he could pick something that you showed interest in.

But nothing. He still had no clue. He'd asked Scott, Stiles, Malia, Lydia and even Scott's mom for any idea. They all said that you were so hard to shop for that they couldn't tell him anything to get as they'd gotten it for you themselves. With a sigh he pushed off the wall and walked over to where you were sitting, reading over an old book that had information about werewolves in it. He rounded the table and leant against it as he cleared his throat.

"(Y/N)? What do you want for Christmas?" He asked you. For a moment you ignored him and continued to take notes on the book in your hand. You marked your place with a scrap of paper and closed the book, adding it to the small pile of books next to you. When you looked up you frowned and huffed like you were thinking hard and couldn't come up with an answer.

"All I want for Christmas is food." You answered after a good deal of thought.

"Food?" Theo asked.

"Yeah! A big box of food." You said as if you'd decided. Theo stared at you for a moment before nodding. He actually knew your favourite foods. He started planning as he sat opposite you and took one of the books you'd been reading and started taking his own notes. He could get a large box from a store and wrap it in wrapping paper and then fill it with all the food that you like. He smiled to himself and felt a little less nervous as you'd been the last gift he needed to get and now he had a game plan.
