You'd invited theo to Christmas because you knew he would have been alone. Some of the pack would be at your house in the afternoon, The Sheriff and Melissa had to get back to work but the had to morning off. You figured you'd do something for everyone and they could all gather at yours.
When Theo arrived the distinct smell of burning hit his nose and he frowned. You'd yelled at him to let himself in but hasn't emerged from the kitchen.
"I burned the turkey and I can't get another one everything's closed." You said as soon as he stepped into the kitchen.
He hummed and frowned. "Well it's not hard to catch one?" Theo suggested. You stared at Theo for a moment. Unsure if he was joking.
As it transpired he wasn't and thirty minutes later he returned with a huge live turkey. "Do you know what to do with that?" You asked him uncertainty.
"I got this, I watch food network." He assured you. Three hours later some of the pack gathered around, congratulating you and Theo on the meal which consisted of most of your food stock from your freezer. The turkey was happy eating it's vegetable scraps and some seeds Theo had found and whatever the pack was willing to toss it's way.
