I smiled and the two returned after. They almost forgot to take off their shoes until I reminded them.

"Right..." Luke mumbled and I spoke. "What happened. You two look like you're in bad moods." Luke sighed and nodded. We were preparing food and hadn't put anything in the oven yet.

"Fire!" I heard and we gasped.

"Fire?" Mom asked and we went out. I was surprised and my eyes widened. "The forest!" I panicked and we got one our shoes quickly and ran there. We helped get rid of the fire and half the forest around the facility was burned down. I coughed and mom panicked. She went to Hans and yelled at him.

"This is why I never trusted this facility! First our waters get polluted and I have to raise the fish! And now the forest burned down! This village is supposed to be something you're supposed to care for, Weller!" She snapped and we were surprised. Hans was annoyed and he suddenly punched mom. I was surprised and yelled.

"Mom!" I panicked and she was surprised. She fell back in surprise and held her cheek.

"Hans!" Mom snapped and Artem apprehended him. "Luke?" "Yeah, we need to bring him into prison." "If it's not too late, here." I tossed Izumi my keys and she was surprised. "Are you sure?" "Yeah, I trust you and Artem. Of course, I trust Ms Marino too but she doesn't deal with the law." She nodded and Artem spoke.

"Ah, behind you Izumi." She turned and used some sort of lipstick tranquilizer and knocked out Hans' son. We glared and I held mom as Ms Marino was helping mom how she could currently. Izumi and Luke left.

"We'll be back soon." Luke grumbled and I nodded. "Be safe then." They nodded and left. We helped mom with the injury and she sighed.

"Jeez that hurt..." She sighed and I nodded. "It's okay mom. Ms Izumi will make sure he gets to justice!" She nodded and sighed as she held some ice on it. "I just hope it won't bother me from raising the fish..." She sighed and I smiled. "It's okay. If not, just tell me what to do." She nodded and smiled.

"Of course dear. Let's go to our house." She sighed and I nodded. We went there and mom wasn't affected much. She smiled and spoke. "Thank you for the help Ms Estelle." "Of course ma'am." She nodded and I smiled. Since mom wasn't affected by the punch, she started making the pie for Grandpa Zero and Gary. She smiled when it was done and smiled.

"Can you take it to them (Y/n)?" "Of course." She smiled and I walked to their house after confirming they hadn't moved. I smiled when I knocked and Gary opened the door. "Hm? What's wrong (Y/n)?" "Here, Mom did make a pie for you and Gramps." He nodded and took it. "Well... thanks..." He was surprised and I smiled.

"Can I see Gramps quickly?" "Of course. Come in." I smiled and walked in.

Artem's POV

We helped her and I noticed something. "Huh? Is he forcing her to go in there?" I was a bit nervous and Ms Melissa looked before she smiled.

"Gary isn't like that. It's likely she just wanted to check on Grandpa Zero." I looked before nodding. "Ah, I see... I got nervous." "I know. But don't worry. Also, if it helps, Gary's kinda gay, even if he doesn't really mind being alone..." She nodded and I spoke.

"Oh, I see..." I mumbled and Marino smiled as she was able to peel the apples fine now.

"There we go. You've got it Ms Estelle." "Thank you." She smiled and I spoke. "Are you not worried about her?" "Of course I am. But from what Ms (L/n) has said, I am comforted." She glared at me a bit and I glared back.

"Come on you two. What if (Y/n) saw you two fighting? She wouldn't like it since she cares for you both." We nodded and Marino spoke.

"Right... We should focus on the pie." "Correct. And the curry." "Right." We nodded and she spoke.
