Also, just a fair warning, I understand that people have their own dietary choices or have to eat certain ways because of personal problems or beliefs. I'm not trying to push any of my choices of food but I am not a full vegan or vegetarian and therefore cannot write meals circulating those diets. I will try, but I probably won't be able to do it well. There is mentions of eating meats such as steak and pork ahead. I have no problem with people that do or don't eat the same as me because it's not my body and it doesn't affect me. I know this seems like a small problem to warn about, but I didn't want to suddenly seem like I'm pushing my food choices on others and I know there's religions and choices that revolve around not eating certain or any meats. Thank you for understanding or at least reading through this.

"So where did you two go?" I looked and smiled. "We just got lunch and he got me a ring just so he felt better." "Really? Bit strange that he got you a gift too. Also, that was a long time for those two things." He sighed and I smiled. Joey was confused and I pet her hair.

"Whatever made him feel better. I wasn't too happy with the expensive gift, but he insisted... Oh, but we did visit another person for his mental health. And speaking of him, are either of you two allergic to cats? Or mind if I bring in another kid?" Harry laughed a bit and spoke.

"Well, that was a fast turn to that. I'd have to be tested. But I don't think so." Joey was confused and spoke. "Another kid?" I nodded and smiled as I looked down at her.

"That's right. He's about your age but he's a quiet kid. I want to make sure it's okay with you two if he lives with us." Harry smiled and spoke. "I think it'd be good for you Joey. That way, you can have another kid your age." She pouted and stared at me, where I just smiled calmly and stared back at her.

"Will you ignore us? Is that why you want him here?" Harry was surprised and the question had certainly caught me off guard but I regained myself and pat her head gently.

"Of course not Joey. I still care about you and Harry just as much as I always have." She cried a bit and Harry spoke. "Joey. If she didn't care about us, she'd bring the kid without telling us. And she wants to make sure we're okay if he joins us here with his cats." He tried to tell her but she cried. "You're lying! You don't want us here!" She cried out. I held her before she could run and spoke.

"Joey, come on. That's not true." I told her and she cried. "Yes it is! You want a different kid here!" She whined and I sighed.

"Joey, can I suggest something for you?" She was confused and stifled her tears as she looked at me. I smiled and hugged her as I pet her hair.

"If it turns out that neither of you are allergic to cats and he can come here, you can tell me if you feel like I'm paying for attention to him than you two, okay? That way, you can be sure that I'm not ignoring you two." She thought and Harry sighed.

"It sounds like a good idea Joey. But you can't tell her that she's ignoring us every time she talks to the kid. Okay? He's still a kid and deserves attention as much as you do." She thought before nodding as she held her dress skirt. I smiled and kissed her forehead as I relaxed my grip on her.

"Thank you Joey." She nodded and smiled. "You're welcome! Oh! And can we have dinner please?" I nodded and smiled. "Of course. What should I make for you?" She smiled and cheered.

"Something with meat please!" I nodded and looked at Harry. "Is that okay with you Harry?" "Yeah. I don't mind at all." I nodded and got up. Joey smiled and went to her room after. Harry smiled too and spoke.

"It's good you have the extra room then." "It is. I do hope we can let Huey live here too..." I mumbled and he nodded. "Huey?" I looked and nodded. "Oh right. His name is Huey and he's got two little gray cats." He nodded and smiled. "I see. Then yeah, I hope he can be here too. I can imagine he doesn't have the best current childhood." I nodded as I started to prepare to cook dinner.
