It's been a couple of months since Virgil was released from the hospital wing and it was now April. Virgil is all healed now and is back to his version of perfect health (which isn't very healthy at all). Roman and Logan have given Virgil some space but they were both still overprotective of Virgil and Patton. Also after what happened in January, Patton has become over protective of the slytherin. Virgil has become more nervous and self aware though when he sneaks out on his own because of what happened with Remus and Janus. Yep you heard me right, even after what happened in January, Virgil is still sneaking out to be on his own. It wasn't that hard to sneak away anyway since they all would be taking their NEWT exams next month. Logan was always revising, reading, doing homework and helping the others. Patton was always trying to help everyone not stress themselves to death over the exams. Patton didn't seem to be bothered at all by the amount of homework he had or that the exams were happening next month which was strange. Roman was freaking out. He had left all his revision and homework to the last minute, like usual, and hasn't revised all year. So it was really easy for Virgil to sneak away to have an anxiety attack about the exams and to talk bad about himself without Patton or the other's finding out. On a more sadder note, people from Hogwarts and Hogsmeade who are muggleborn or muggle-raised are still disappearing and reappearing a couple weeks later in a worse state than Linda August. The state of the body's got worse and worse and more gory every time a new one was found. Which as you can guess was scaring more and more people.
Anyway, back to the now.
Virgil was curled up in Moaning Myrtle's bathroom, having an anxiety attack over the exams, that take place next month, again. His face was barried into his knees, hiding the tears that are running down his pale face. His breathing was laboured and it was too fast. His grip on his knees got tighter and tighter the longer the attack went on for. Virgil kept thinking self hatred thoughts as the attack went on. Thoughts like 'why have I got to be so stupid' and 'I'm going to fail all the exams. then my friends will hate me because of how stupid I am. then they'll me. then I'll be alone and homeless for the rest of my life'.
Virgil continued to stay in this position for a while, blacked out from the rest of the world. That was until he heard manic laughter and foot prints coming his way. This made him panic more. He didn't know what to do. He gets up and goes to hide in one of the stalls as the footsteps get closer and closer. just as he was about to enter a stall…………
BANG!
pain…..
Everyone went black…….
