chapter 31: 7th year

This was it.

They had finally made a plan.

They had finally found the location of Virgil, well Logan had.

They were finally putting the plan into motion.

but They hadn't told anyone else. However, Roman and Patton had there patronounus on stand by to send a message to headmistress Mcgonagall and the wizarding police.

Right now Logan, Patton and Roman was outside the back of a building, well a warehouse, where Logan believes Virgil is being kept. The warehouse looked run down and broken. It looked like no one had used it in years. The warehouse was covered in moss and was crumbling all over. Roman looks at the building distrustingly before he and Patton look at Logan. "Are you sure he is in there? the people who took him are idiots if they put him in there or ... OR A DISNEY VILLi-". Roman was quickly silenced by Logan, shussing him before taking himself "Yes I'm 99% sure this is the place is where Virgil is being held captive. Now do you both remember the plan?". Patton and Roman silently nod at Logan who nods in return. "Let's start the plan then".

They sneak through an open back window, making sure not to break anything. As soon as they were inside the building everything looked different. It looked like a very fancy bungalow. There was a door right next to them that looked out of place. It was wooden and rotten but it looked locked. They could hear chatter from behind the door and then a scream. A Virgil scream. "we need to get into this room quick, that's Virgil. that's my dark strange son!" Patton said panicking. Logan nods to Roman. They grip onto their wands before Roman kicks the door down.

What they found behind the door shocked them.

Virgil was curled up in the middle of the room, hands and feet tired together. He was badly wounded. he was covered in cuts and bruises of all shapes and sizes, some old, some new. His clothes were all ripped. He was covered in dry blood and was still bleeding. In front of him was Remus. Remus was once again wearing a bright neon green ripped shirt with a fish net tights shirt underneath. He was also wearing a neon green tutu with tiny black shorts and fish net tights underneath. But this time all his clothes wearing covered in dried blood. He had a malace in his hand. Janus was sat at a table in the corner, sipping on a cup of tea. Remus was about to hit Virgil with his malice when....

"expeliarmus!"

His malice goes flying out of Remus's hand into the wall. Virgil whimpers as Remus and Janus turn round quickly to notice Roman, patton and Logan at the entrance. Patton was the one who sent the malice flying. Janus stands up, grabbing his wand and going over to Remus who had gotten his malice bat. "Give us back Virgil!" Roman shout. Janus pretended to think about it "How about yes!". Remus turns and to bash Virgil in with his malice, only to be blast into the wall by Patton "NOT MY SON!".

That is how the fight broke out.

Janus and Remus was tired up together in the middle of the room, their wands in Logan's hands. Roman sent his lion patronus to professor mcgonagall to send the wizarding police and to say they have Virgil. Patton was kneeling next to Virgil, untying him. "p-Patton?" Virgil whimpers looking at him. "Yes it's me. you're sa--" Patton was cut off by Remus laughing loudly "He isn't safe. we will get out and kill you like. LIKE WE KILLED YOUR THITHY PARENTS!" Remus's manic laugh was the last thing Virgil heard before passing out.

By the time Virgil woke up:

- everyone was back at Hogwarts

- Janus and Remus had been arrested and are now in azkaban for everything they have done.

- Janus's and Remus's wands are snapped

When he finally woke up, Virgil was laying in the medical wing in a hospital bed. On the table at the end if his bed was a bunch of boxes of sweets. Roman was sat next to Virgil with his head on the bed and his hand holding Virgil's hand. Patton and Logan was nowhere to be seen. Virgil smiles softly as Roman slowly wakes up. "Morning Virgil" Roman slurred, sitting up, half asleep. He suddenly shot up fully awake "VIRGIL YOUR OK!! OH MERLIN!!". In a moment of crazy, Roman out his hands on Virgil's checks and pulls him into a deep kiss. Virgil was shocked at first before slowly kissing back before Roman quickly pulls away. "I'm so sorry Virgil. I don't kno--" Roman was cut off by Virgil kissing him. Roman kissing back before pulling away. "I have waited so long to do that" Virgil commented, blushing madly "I love you Roman.". Roman blushed madly to before grabbing Virgil's hands. "I love you to, Virgil. I love you so much. Will you be my boyfriend?" Virgil nods yes before pulling Roman into a kiss again.
