It's November 3rd 2009 aka Logan's 17th birthday. Just like always Logan refused to let anyone buy him anything and refused to let them celebrate his birthday at all. So Virgil and Roman were going to celebrate it anyway. However Virgil had come up with the idea of calling the day Logan appreciation day so that's what they did. They told Patton this idea and he agreed. Patton showed them the Room of Requirements. So they had the room look like a Planetarium. They hand banners up that said "Logan Appreciation day". They made four beds appear in one corner of the room because they were going to have a sleepover. They all contributed to getting Logan a fancy telescope, a box of crofters and a couple of space books. They didn't get him much because he already didn't want anything and they knew how stubborn he was and how he would react to them doing what they were doing.
Seeing as The 3rd was a Tuesday, they had to wait until after class to take Logan to the party room because Logan would be angry at them. But Logan's reaction when they pushed him into the room of Requirements was laughable until Logan said emotionally "I told you guys not to celebrate my birthday. it's a useless day". Patton quickly told Logan that it was a Logan appreciation day party not a birthday party which calmed down. They gave him his presents first. Logan literally fainted when he saw the crofters which Roman laughed at. They then decided to play a bunch of games before Logan forced them to go to bed at 10pm because they still have class tomorrow. One of the games they played was truth or dare (which Roman and Virgil had planned as a way of getting Logan and Patton to start dating).
~Flash back~
Logan, Patton, Roman and Virgil all sat in the middle of the room in a circle. Patton was next to Logan and Roman. Virgil was in the middle of Logan and Roman on the other side of the circle. "I'll go first. Roman truth or dare?" Patton said, giggling. Roman smiles and quickly says "Truth Padre". Patton thinks for a couple of minutes of truth. "What animal do you think you most look like?" Patton said smiling. Roman thinks for a minute before booming "The fabulous beauty that is a peacock". That causes Virgil to giggle slightly and For Roman to blush at the giggle. Before gaying up and saying "JD-lightfull, truth or dare?" Virgil glares at him before saying "Dare". Roman takes a while to think of a good dare before saying "I dare try to say nothing sad or dark or negative for the rest of the game". Virgil puts a huge fake smile on his face as he nods before saying "Dad, Truth or dare?". Patton smiles widely before giggling and saying "Truth Kiddo". Virgil pretends that he is thinking for a really good truth for a couple of minutes before smirking and saying "Who do you have a crush on?". Patton blushed madly and hides his face a lot before Mumbling quickly "Logan. Logan is my crush". That makes Logan freeze and blush madly. That makes Roman and Virgil burst out laughing. After a couple another 5 minutes, Logan unfreezes before mumbling in a very un Logan way "I like you to Patton". Patton whips his head round to Logan so fast he almost gives himself whiplash and blushes evan "y-you like me back?". Logan barely nods before Patton onto his lap and kisses him. Logan quickly kisses back. After a couple of minutes they pull away and Patton cuddles into Logan's chest. "Lo lo, Truth or dare?" Patton said suddenly.
"woah woah woah. You're just going to kiss then straight back into the game like nothing happened" Roman said quickly. Patton giggles and nods before speaking "Yes, kiddo. Now Lo Lo, Truth or dare". Logan thinks for a couple of minutes before saying "I think I shall pick the truth option". Patton giggled and blushed before saying happily "Do you want to be my boyfriend?' Logan blushes madly before nodding "yes I do".
"So you guys are like a thing now. great." Virgil said smiling.
~Flashforward~
They continued to play until 9:30pm when Logan forced them all to get ready to get ready for bed and be going to sleep at 10pm. Overall, all 4 of the light sides had an amazing day on Logan Appreciation Day and Logan and Patton are now officially together.
