Mortal Kombat 9 fan fic (book one)

Personal: Kenshi

This Chapter is all me. I came up with it and wrote it so hope you enjoy. 🤗🤗🤗

(A/N: I hate this chapter so you can skip it if you want.)

(Kenshi stands to the sides as he waits for Shang Tsung to call down two Kombatants to fight.)

Shang Tsung: The next match will begin! Now, Skarlet you will face... Earthrealm's Warrior... Kenshi!

(Kenshi walks up as Skarlet gets into her stance.)

Kenshi: You maybe strong but you don't have what it takes to beat me.
Skarlet: If you think so then I will quickly prove you wrong.

(Kenshi and Skarlet fight and Kenshi wins by using a Combo attack.)

Kenshi: The only thing you ended up doing is proving me right.
Shang Tsung: Impressive fight. Now finish her!
Kenshi: The only one I will be finishing is you, Sorcerer, but until then, she lives.
Shang Tsung: Earthrealmer's these days do have a funny sense of humor, but-

(Shang Tsung is interrupted by Quan Chi who whispers something to him.)

Quan Chi: He is ready.
Shang Tsung: Very well.

(He whispered back.)

Shang Tsung: I have business to attend to, but the Tournament will continue this afternoon.

(Says Shang Tsung as he walks away with Quan Chi, Kitana, Ace, Baraka, and Reptile. Kenshi sees this and follows them being very quite and very careful, as he saw his chance to finally get his revenge on Shang Tsung and end this Tournament. Raiden noticing this follows far behind making sure Kenshi won't don't something he would later regret.)

(Kenshi hides behind the door of Shang Tsung's throne room as he sensed nobody there. He walks in, only to hear the door shut behind him as Kano revealed himself.)

Kano: You shouldn't be in here.
Kenshi: Yet here I am.
Kano: Listen I don't know what your deal is with Shang Tsung, but I will give you a once in a lifetime deal since I'm feeling generous today. Leave the throne room and I'll let you live.
Kenshi: Tempting but no. I'm not leaving without a fight.
Kano: A fight you say? Well then, let this one be your last.

(Kenshi and Kano fight and Kenshi wins using his Sword against Kano.)

Kenshi: You are a disgrace to our Realm.

(Kenshi says as the Doors to Shang Tsung's throne room flings open as Shang Tsung along with the twins and Reptile walk in with some Guards.)

Shang Tsung: I have been expecting you to come here, Kenshi. It's been a while since we last saw each other, or along time since I have seen you at least.
Kenshi: What you did to me wasn't fair. I will finish you for that!
Ace: If so then you will have to get through me first.
Amora: Be careful, Ace. This Swordsmen is more dangerous then any other you have fought before.
Ace: I know, which is why killing him will be all the more fun.

(Kenshi and Ace fight with Kenshi winning using his Fatal blow.)

Kenshi: I did not wish to hurt you.

(She runs over to Ace as she takes a sigh of relief as she feels his pulse and is still alive. Just as Kenshi is about use his sword to attack Shang Tsung, Rain appears blocking the sword and kicking Kenshi back.)

Rain: You are a brave warrior to make it this far on an attempt on Shang Tsung's life, but a Foolish one to.

(Kenshi and Rain fight with Kenshi winning the fight doing a Combo attack on Rain.)

Kenshi: You should learn to keep your noise out of me and you're master's business.

(Just as Kenshi is about to once again use his sword to attack Shang Tsung, Raiden appears.)

Raiden: Kenshi! I know what Shang Tsung did to you and I know you want him dead because of it, but we need him to keep this Tournament going if we want to insure Earthrealm's survival.
Kenshi: When this is over, he is mine!

(Says Kenshi as he puts his Sword away and walks away with Raiden to go find Liu Kang and the others.)
