while waiting for their name to be called, Elena started to get nervous. her body starts to shake, dean puts his hands on top of hers. "Everything will be alright Elena," dean says calmly, Klaus standing there awkwardly rolling his eyes.

"Here" Elena gets up smiling
They walk into the room, doctor starts to ask questions. "Who the father?!" she asks
Klaus and dean say at the same time "I am"
They all look up at each other and just stared...
"Well then...let start the ultrasound now.." the doctor says lifting Elena's shirt a bit.
"I have a question, how long can I find out the gender of the baby?!"Elena asks
a doctor places the gel on Elena's stomach, "about around 18 to 21 weeks, "she responds
"I would love to ruin the mood in the room but how long can we find out the father of the baby," Klaus says sarcastically
The doctor looks at the Monitor "you mean baby's" she smiles
"Wait WHAT?!" dean and Klaus speak
The doctor turns the monitor towards them seeing twins.
"And to answer your question, the earliest paternity test can be taken is 9 weeks" she responds
Elena starts to cry... "Are you always going to cry when we come to these" Klaus began to say
"Shut up Klaus it's hormones" Elena hits Claus gentle
"When you guys uncover the father to the baby's I hope it gets your looks" doctor smiles at Klaus
Klaus and she started to flirt a little, Elena started to get annoyed by them. the doctor's voice started to get more annoying every second.
Elena was a little jealous, "can we get this done and over with and tell me that my baby's health and be professional, your voices are killing me a headache"
The room stays quiet for a little...
"Your baby's a-are health, we are done" her voice start to crack
They leave and walk to the car "Elena are you serious?!"Klaus says angrily
"What do you want now Klaus, I'm tired I just want to sleep," Elena says tiredly
"We were just talking?! She was being nice, she our doctor?!"Klaus yelled
Dean yelled "watch your voice, Klaus, I had enough out of you today"
"She my doctor Klaus, not your. these babies are inside me and right now I don't need you, you have no right to yell at me."Elena speaks up
Klaus walks away... "Hmm, your baby's...wait wait wait, you were mad because you were jealous in there?!" deans get mad
"Dean, please I just want to go home.."Elena tries to speak but faints.
Dean catch her and drives her home quickly..
