Cassandra
Cassandra sang as she walked around her room swaying her hips to the music. She was getting ready for work but her nerves were shot. So she turned on her playlist and zoned out to the music as she got ready.
She hadn't seen or spoken to Ethan since the day they spent together. She still couldn't believe she almost kissed her boss. He called a few times over the weekend but she just let it go to voicemail. She didn't want to make things more complicated than they already were. The truth was she was incredibly attracted to her boss and now it seems the feeling is mutual. But he's practically married and she don't play those games.
Finishing up her make up, she looked herself over in the mirror.

She shrugged as she didn't care for her outfit today but it will do. Grabbing her bag and keys she headed out the door.
...
She made it to the office earlier than normal this morning. No one else on her floor was there yet. Walking to the break room she started the coffee for Ethan and went back to her desk to pull up his schedule and a few files she needed to go over. She walked back into the break room, made Ethan's coffee the way he liked and headed to his office.
She turned on the lights in his office and placed his coffee down on the coaster on his desk. Straightening a few piles that were scattered on his desk, she jumped when she heard someone clear there throat. Quickly turning around, she sighed with her hand on her chest when she saw Ethan.
"Good morning Mr. Shaw." She greets as he stays leaned against his office door just staring at her. She gulps at his intense gaze on her and grabs his coffee, bringing it to him.
"You're here earlier than I expected. But that's okay, your coffee is hot." She says as she places it in his hand. He still hasn't opened his mouth to say anything and it's really making her uncomfortable.
Even through the discomfort, she still takes him in. Today he's wearing a navy blue Armani suit, he foregone the tie and wore a white button up shirt underneath. Of course the suit fit him perfectly and as always he looked good enough to eat. She took in a breath when her eyes met his, a knowing smirk now plastered on his face.
"Um, I straightened up the piles on your desk. I arranged them in order based on the due dates. Let me know if you need me for anything else." She said as she started to walk around him to leave his office. She let out an inaudible gasp when she felt his strong arms wrap around her waist and pull her back while he closed the door.
"Ethan." She whispered as she felt her stomach drop and butterflies erupt suddenly from his closeness. She held her breath when she felt his lips rub softly against the crook of her neck and shoulder.
