It was like deja vu sitting there in your car, just staring at Namjoon's place. It made you remember the first time you had come over here after the party to discuss the job, everything the same. You were afraid to walk in, heart racing, staring at the house in contemplation. Same as now. Except now you were coming to discuss your feelings with him...

It was hard to bring yourself to get out of the car. You weren't exactly sure why, as you two had already discussed things over the phone, but you were still unsure. What if this was all fake? What if he was lying? What if he didn't love you the way you did him? Why did Jimin have to tell him? Why now when you had work in the morning?

You glared at the house for a moment, contemplating, shaking, before your phone dinged, reminding you further that you needed to get out.

Namjoon:
You coming in?

Shit, he knew you were there. He fucking saw you; there was absolutely no going back now.

Swallowing, you took in a rocky breath, before standing up out of your car, and reaching over and grabbing your overnight bag. You shut the door and locked the car up behind you, walking forward towards the front door, lights glimmering behind it, peeking through the windows.

Walking slow to the door, you took some time to think - prepare yourself for what was about to happen.

What was he about to say?

What was about to go down?

Your stomach churned as you twisted the cold door handle, pulling the door open. You had no time to comprehend anything before you were pulled in quickly by Namjoon grabbing your wrist. He was fast to shove you against the door like one of those romance movies, one hand taking the bag out of your hands and dropping it to the floor, as the other reached behind you to turn the lock shut.

Namjoon stare down at you, his eyes glimmered with truth, dilated, but he smelled of alcohol, so you were unsure if it was because of you or the drinks. You swallowed.

You were worried, but with the way his eyes glimmered, it was obvious that he wasn't lying when he said he loved you.

Why did he, though? Why did he love you?

Or... did he really? He just fucked another girl.

That turned you off. But still, you reached up, holding his blushed cheek, pulling him in closer to kiss you, as your thumb stroked the dimple that formed as his lips moved to fit yours. Maybe this would help tell you the truth.
